My mom and I had a blast learning from Gustave! We did the 11:30 am pasta making class; we made 3 types of pasta and dessert. We ate family style after the cooking class with the whole group. Book your cooking class with them!

We took a cooking lesson/dinner here, spending maybe two hours cooking and one and a half enjoying the food. We had a 4 course meal, with stuffed zucchini, ravioli, herb chicken, and Panna Cotta. It was all super delicious, and the chef taught our group in 3 languages; all while providing tips, fixing our mistakes, and cracking jokes. Afterwards we ate in a lovely old wine cellar surrounded by bottles including complementary ones on the tables. They also left us with the recipes!Be warned, they can't really seem to accommodate food intolerances when cooking in large groups like we did.

Our private four-course cooking class with Chef Fabrizio was one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. He gave us flexibility in selecting the menu, showed us techniques and recipes we were not familiar with and involved all four of the participants. Fabrizio was very engaging and made this a fun and enjoyable experience.

Qué gran experiencia!!! Elegí el curso de 4 platos italianos. Fueron calabacines rellenos, pasta fresca con ragú, pollo con champiñones y aceitunas negras y de postre, tiramisu. Éramos 7 participantes en total cada uno de un país distinto y nuestro profesor-chef fue genial. No solo sabía cocinar genial sino que tenía gran capacidad pedagógica para que aprendiéramos todas las recetas. Lo disfruté muchísimo y sin duda se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo!!!

Both Fabrizio and Gustavo are fantastic chefs, I had a great 3 weeks of cooking classes with them in March this year. Whenever I come back to Florence I will make sure to visit again!

The pizza and Gelato class was so much fun and sooooo delicious. For the gelato we made pistachio and it was some of the best I had my entire trip. It was smooth, creamy and full of so much flavor. Even better than some of the highly recommended gelato shops around town. The pizza was also excellent and being able to sit down and enjoy it in a rustic Italian setting was such a great experience!!!

Had a total blast doing a cooking class here! Well worth the money, as we received instruction from an experienced and authentic chef and then ate a 5-course meal with wine. Delicious. Highly recommend!

Fun learning how to prepare several dishes, making them, and getting to eat it all. Food was very good.Chef Fabio was a great teacher.
