The staff and friendly and the breakfast, though simple, is delicious and does have a selection of choices from cereal, eggs and pastries. It is very, very clean! Walking around in bare feet is great! I didn’t feel any dust on the floor. The communal bathrooms are very clean as well for an old building. They’ve restored it very well.

Terrible place. It’s way overpriced considering you’re only getting the bare minimum. Lift is really slow and hard to operate. Went there in late spring when the weather was still relatively cold (15 degrees (Celsius) in the night or early morning) but the heater function was turned off. Was literally freezing to death here. Also, the room is very small relative to other European hotels I’ve stayed at. Avoid at all cost please.

Molto pulito ed accogliente e gentile anche il personale. Molto vicino al centro e alla stazione di Santa Lucia..Buona anche la colazione anche se avremmo preferito fosse a buffet. Siamo stati attirati anche dallo stile cinquecentesco della struttura, che era un antico monastero per cui la stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato era piccola ma insieme al bagno, entrambi puliti ed accoglienti. Sarebbe stato ideale un piccolo frigobar sopratutto col caldo estivo, poter disporre di una bibita o acqua fresca nel frigo, sarebbe l'ideale! Siamo stati colpiti anche dalla disponibilità dell'operatore receptionist, che ci ha fatto tenere in deposito i bagagli, senza portarli con noi nell'ultimo giro, a titolo gratuito. Veramente molto gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Un posto che ci ha trasmesso molta serenità ad un prezzo abbordabile.

Good location, rooms are clean and fine. 24h reception service and elevator.But the bed squeaks and is uncomfortable. Plus you can hear everything through the walls. Not to mention the breakfast which is very poor. Coffee and juice from a machine where cappuccino tasted just like warm milk. If you get it for a reasonable price and if you stay 1-2 nights it is okay, otherwise do yourself a favour and search for something else.

A nice quaint place at an excellent location. The rooms are simple, but for this price, it's good value. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Also plus for the cleanliness and 24/7 reception.

Una settimana fa ho avuto il piacere di essere ospite della struttura.Posto accogliente, personale garbato e disponibile, in particolar modo la ragazza della reception (purtroppo non ricordo il nome) mi è stata di un aiuta immenso su come spostarmi con i mezzi principalmente vaporetti, stampandomi una mappa e scrivendomi i vaporetti da prendere per raggiungere le mete importanti.La ciliegina sulla torta è la fermata del vaporetto (p.le Roma) a circa 3 metri dall'ingresso della struttura.Lo consiglio vivamente

Ideale soluzione per un veloce weekend a Venezia.Camere arredate con semplicità ma di dubbio gusto.Una volta entrati nella vostra camera e dopo una doccia bollente (evitate la 205 che è ad angolo) non potrete che gustarvi un buon the (portatevi il bollitore da casa) e rilassatevi guardando la vostra serie Netflix preferita (sul vostro tablet in quanto tv mancante)...usando i vostri Giga a causa di una wifi ballerina.A colazione uno staff competente e premuroso saprà accogliervi con specialità internazionali fatte sul momento in una sala dal sapore neoclassico.Se poi nottetempo sparisce una fanciulla di un gruppo nordeuropeo che per qualche strana ragione ha scelto di pernottare lì come voi allora mettete in conto una piccola perdita di tempo al check out.Commento finale:Venezia è bella ma non ci vivrei""

This is an restored monastery so if you want 5 star quality this isn't it but this has a really nice charm to it. I loved it. I chose this due to proximity to the main station and it was great value. Nice small features like visible old stone masonry and wooden beams adds to the charm.I was surprised by the size of my room with the bathroom shower being the same size!
