Europcar Bari Aeroporto

Questa azienda è una truffa? Possiamo fare la domanda. Dopo aver dovuto gestire da solo un guasto all'auto noleggiata, aspettando 2 ore che l'assistenza Europcar ci rispondesse, nemmeno parlando inglese!!!, trovando un taxi per arrivare a casa nostra a nostre spese (100 euro per il taxi). Europcar si rifiuta di rimborsarci il taxi.

Really quick pickup, the woman who helped us was kind and efficient. Then we walked to the area where the rental cars are and within 30 seconds we had our vehicle. It was clean and brand new with under 2,000 KM on it. Drop off was easy as well - they weren’t open yet so we dropped the keys inside the terminal and received our invoice when they opened at 9 am. Overall 5 star experience.

The pickup of the vehicle has worked without any problems. When picking up the vehicle, we noticed a few damages, which were already documented in the rental agreement. After returning the vehicle, we received an email with the return protocol. In this it was noted that the door lock on the driver's side, which can be opened with the manual key is defective. I informed the company that I did not use the lock, as the car has a radio remote control to open the doors. Despite the recall (to which I have not received a response to this day), 227.00€ was debited a few months later.I will never rent a car from Europcar again and can not recommend it to anyone.

Just got noticed that Europcar charged me for extra insurance, which I have already paid for. I called the contact number provided, pressed 2 for English, then 5 to discuss the problem, and the operator stated that they are having technical difficulties ...goodbye". I paid for full insurance in Australia

Picked up our car at Marco Polo Airport. The clerk was very polite, efficient and spoke English very well. I have never had to wait to get served at the counter, I appreciate they always ha 2 or 3 people serving. Everything is explained in detail, very patient with customers.

It's sometimes worth paying a little more to get the better service and I am glad we chose Europcar in this instance. Hired a fantastic little car for 3 people (1 being a toddler in car seat). Slick service if pre-booked and paid.

I had a good experience renting a car from Europcar in Bari. The pickup at the airport was very easy and straightforward.. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the car was in great condition. No hassle on the return. Sometimes you gotta say thank you when everything just works

Honestly it could not be worse! I had a good experience with Europcar in Costa Rica and thought maybe that would translate to Italy, but not the case. HUGE lines, we’ve waited for 1h20 to get assistance and then got told we needed to wait further for the car as it was coming from the car wash! The whole point of having a RESERVATION is that the car is ready. Also the lady at the reception who was working on Friday 21st of July 2023 at 9pm could not be any worse - she should not even be here. When we complained we had been waiting for over 1h30 she threatened to cancel the reservation if we didn’t shut up. I’m also raising an official complaint to Europcar and never renting with them again ANYWHERE.

One hour in a line (the only rent-a-car with such a line in the airport) and after finally getting to the counter the car that we should’ve picked up one hour ago wasn’t ready! Everyone else’s car was there. People attended after us got their car before us. On top of that the lady on the counter was rude when we asked how much longer we’d have to wait and even threatened to cancel our reservation if we kept complaining. If you’re going the Europcar in Bari airport…make sure you’re a very patient person.

I would like to give a 5-star review, but unfortunately I discovered that I was charged an extra day for being delayed at the dropoff desk by only 12 minutes.Unprofessional and disrespectful way of doing business.
