I feel Racism Discriminated in Italy at Trapani airport at around 10pm on 2nd Sept.We had nice trip in Italy, but when we fly back to UK yesterday night. Two staff in ADM used abused language. They shouted to us said if we speak more English, they would not allow us taking flight. (We have witness as the translator.)I know staff sometimes need check people’s luggage, and we follow the rule. If the process is peaceful and as normal, no conflict will occur.I wonder is it because we are Chinese girls so they shouted and use abused language?Italy is a nice country, but these two staff are terrible. I need apologize from them as well as a reason why they shout us?We are girls, wear the short dress, and in midnight, two strong guys face to us. Use abuse language, and threaten us can’t fly back to UK! It’s so dangerous!There are lots of Chinese tourists traveling to Italy, if all staff used abused language, not show respect and shouted to girls, how you can attract Chinese coming?As reasons above, I need a reason and apologize, as well as a promise, no abused language to tourists from your official staff.At last, please tell them, never bullying girls, your male power is to help people, not bullying people!
