Beautiful modern and clean rooms. Chiara and Enrico were always very friendly and helpful with lots of tips to explore the area. They spoiled us with some surprises. We felt very comfortable and safe. We can highly recommend the Altre Guesthouse. The bus station is 2 minutes walk away and the center is also within 5 minutes. We will gladly come again.

Great guest house in Olbia. Good location in a residential area just behind the train station. 10 minute walk to Piazza Regina Margherita and Corso Umberto I. We had a rental car and never had any trouble parking on the street. Enrico was friendly, helpful, and generous with his time. Highly recommended.

Super nice hosts, who are welcoming and helpful. We were amazed by their attitude and how cheerful they have been.Very clean, modern and convenient rooms in central area. Very easy to go the city center by walking for a dinner. Free parking space at any time of the day.Overall, we had a super amazing experience and would definitely recommend to our friends and try to get there again soon.The small gestures and presents were almost the cherry of top of the cake that makes us want to give 6 starts our of 5. You rock!

Altrè è un guest house molto carino.La camera viene pulita tutti i giorni. Il centro di Olbia è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.Enrico e Chiara sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi domanda e raccomandazioni ad Olbia e sulla Costa Smeralda. Prendono cura dei lori clienti con delle piccole attenzioni per farci trascorre un maraviglioso soggiorno.Raccomando un soggiorno da Altrè per visitare la splendida Sardegna.

On my recent trip to Sardegna (Sardinia), I was able to tack on a few extra days in Olbia before I met with friends for a motorcycle tour of the island. I found the Altre Guesthouse through a blog post and some online reviews. Altre’s central location in a quiet neighborhood appealed to me since I wanted to be within walking distance of the town center and the main shopping/dining street: Corso Umberto I. Aside from the clean, modern, and well-appointed rooms, the standout feature of Altre was the unparalleled hospitality of the proprietors Enrico and Chiara. Prior to my arrival, Enrico promptly answered all of my questions regarding my stay and was quite helpful in my planning. My flight arrived early in morning before my room was available. Enrico suggested a nearby café (Latte e Miele) where I could have a nice breakfast while I waited for him to meet me at the guesthouse. He graciously held by baggage while I walked the few blocks to Olbia’s central district and notified me when my room was ready. Enrico also provided recommendations for excellent restaurants; unfortunately, I wasn’t staying long enough to try them all! The room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and clean. There was a small well-stocked kitchenet that was supplied daily with a variety of coffee, tea, and breakfast items including pastries, cereals, yogurt, juice, and milk. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in this lovely town.

Easy and fast communication, very clean and into the details creating a warm atmosphere. Appreciating also your blog and the restaurant information. Coffee machine, cattle, milk frother available as well as a fridge. Parking is easy to find in Via Trieste or around. Supermarket, bakery etc. as well as downtown can be reached by walking within minutes.

A very nice, cozy and organized apartment. Very close to the city center, bus stations which lead directly to the airport and/or beaches. There is also a park possibility on the street if you travel by car as we did. The breakfast is taken care of everyday by receiving food/coffee/milk and so on. A very important aspect is the cleaning part which is done on a daily basis. Not to mention that Chiara and Enrico are two very nice and committed people which are investing a lot of energy in making the guests feel perfect.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad inizio Settembre presso l'Altro Guest House. La struttura, da poco ristrutturata, si trova nel pieno centro di Olbia a due passi dalle vie principale e ristoranti della città. La nostra camera (tenuta pulita in maniera impeccabile per tutto il soggiorno) comprendeva camera da letto, bagno spazioso e un angolo cucina con lavello, piatti/posate, macchina del caffè/cappuccino e frigorifero. A disposizione tutto l'indispensabile per fare un'abbondante colazione.Enrico e Chiara, i proprietari della struttura, sono stati veramente super disponibili e gentili.Consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte presso Enrico e Chiara. É evidente che fanno il loro lavoro con passione. La struttura é ristrutturata con molta cura. La nostra stanza con angolo per la colazione era pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli. Si trova a 5 min di cammino dal centro di Olbia e Enrico ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per la cena. This is a really nice place to stay in Olbia. Very cozy, very clean, very recently refreshed, it has an AC. There is free breakfast. The host is really helpful, gave us instructions and also there are flyers at the entrance with things to visit or trips to take. I would say that it was a good offer comparing the price with other places. The only downside I would find is the parking, but not that big of a deal and we assumed that since it's close to the city center. Because it's in a neighbourhood with tight streets, you won't always find parking at the door, but you will find it on the nearby streets, which sometimes takes a lot to cross since they are one way, but even so, we found it as a really nice place to stay.
