Good place to stay when you want to 1. Stay for long time 2. do your kitchen yourself 3. Rivoli is nice location, close to city center. Room is good for a single occupancy or for a couple but not for big family. Only drawback is this place is like an island, no connections with local people around. So you may feel lonely sometimes, usually it's not a problem for many with mobile and laptop now days.
