I have taken lessons with Richard for a couple years now. An incredibly patient, wise, and heart-centered teacher that truly cares for his students and their development. He is particularly able to seamlessly adapt the information and lesson to the individual student and his or her context, interests, and goals. For those seeking a martial arts centric approach, to those wishing to increase their internal awareness and unblocking of the body for health and wellness, to everyone in between; I can not recommend Heaven Man Earth Bologna highly enough.
