I switched to Zurich over a year ago and have been impressed with their friendly and efficient customer service from day 1. Recently we had the misfortune of a broken water pipe which caused a lot of damage to our house. Within a few hours of reporting the incident I was contacted by the engineer, who visited a few days later to assess the claim. Immediate decision and payment a few days later. The whole experience has been beyond my expectations. Nobody wants to go through this in the first place, but the wonderful people at Zurich help to minimise our loss. Thank you so much!
