BCC DEI DUE MARI CALABRIA
Probably the worst banking experience you can have. Useless tellers. You have to scream to hear each other and the online banking experience is so awful, you’d wish they’d have stuck with in-person operations only. Extreme fees for basic things free anywhere else. Truly stayed behind, can’t believe they haven’t closed down yet.Personal experience when I closed my bank account here, they took my cards and even the app stopped working but they never actually closed my account which caused me to accumulate fees that, according to the Director was tough luck even though it was their own fault, so I ended up having to pay for them anyways. Ridiculous.Thankfully they stay true to the Italian reputation of being a bunch of incompetent people in desperate need of a mentality change.
