I had perfect trip until here.First they aren’t not helpful at allThe tax return company closedAnd the customs ( I guess ) was the one thereAnd she said you fill up your card information.I don’t even have a pen, I guess it is my fault don’t have a pen with me. So I ask her if I can have a penShe said no no pen , because she is customs???????You don’t use pen ? I mean you work here at least you could have a PEN or you could tell me where to get a pen.Just trying to be hard on tourist.If you can do tax return do it before you check in .I don’t care the $60 or something return. Use my money hire someone actually friendly.

Even one point is too much for this company.First of all, when you reach the airport, you see that the company is closed.When you search for help, you understand that it is sticked by the dogana customs located on the right side of the transactions.there is a woman who is yelling at everyone and not wanting to help anyone, making it difficult. it took almost 1 hour before check in.After many difficulties and rude attitudes, the woman called another authorized man and he facilitated our transactions.When the transaction was completed, the woman threw the pen towards me and told me to write down my credit card number. This is a huge disrespect. I condemn this woman.The man and woman at the global tax free company across it were incredibly helpful. they even made a phone call with ishop for us. Besides, it wasn't their job. thank you very much to them.Today 50 days complated and the price still doesnt pay .

I have 58 euros tax refund. But they say if I want cash they have just dolar. I say yes but for 58 euros they give 55 dolars. Workers are respectful and good but company policy is very bad.

Scammers! In a country where the official currency is Euro, here they give you only US Dollars so they can benefit from the unfair exchange rate they use.

Upon reading the reviews, we were afraid to go to this counter and handle this before our flight. However, my wife and I arrived at the counter, the process literally took 2 minutes from start to finish. The 2 ladies were very efficient and courteous, we received our refund, and we were on our way. The refund options were directly by credit card, Euro cash refund, or US cash refund. We chose euro refund. Thank you!
