Rione Monti Suites

Our 4 night stay at Rione Monti was our first destination for our first trip to Italy. Spacious spotlessly clean suites in a beautiful old building, quiet, excellent location, with restaurants within walking distance. A conveniently shared kitchen with coffee/tea.Antonio was very hospitable & beyond helpful to us. He made our first trip to Rome a pleasure. Zakir was adorable & also always eager to help us out.We highly recommend Rione Monti Suites & would definitely return.

Posizione strategica, pulizia impeccabile, camere nuove e ben arredate, dotate di tutti i comfort. Come valore aggiunto la gentilezza e professionalità di Antonio. Assolutamente da raccomandare!

La guesthouse si trova in un palazzo d'epoca di recente ristrutturazione.Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Roma a piedi, un passo dalla stazione e da Santa Maria maggiore. Alla reception abbiamo trovato Antonio (proprietario) che è stato estremamente gentile e si è prestato per dare tutti i consigli su dove andare a mangiare e su come muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e pulite. La colazione prevista è italiana da fare presso un bar nelle immediate vicinanze con dei voucher.Dopo il checkout abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie li in deposito per così continuare la nostra visita durante la giornata.Consiglio vivamente la struttura

Pulizia ottima, confortevole, tutti servizi disponibili. Le stanze si trovano in un palaZo d'epoca a soli 7 minuti dal colosseo. Zakir numero uno, gentilissimo, educato, servizievole e molto utile per dare indicazioni e consigliarci come spostarci a Roma. Nulla è andato storto.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo affittacamere in una bella via in una zona strategica per visitare Roma, vicino alla chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore, alla stazione Termini e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. La camera era veramente pulitissima, sita al secondo piano senza ascensore, di un bel palazzo. Pulita e grande il giusto, con bagno, smart tv e condizionatore. In zona comune si trova la cucina con frigorifero, freezer e macchina del caffè. Prima di arrivare abbiamo chiesto per il parcheggio e ce n'è stato indicato uno coperto ad appena 2 vie di distanza, appena fuori dalla zona ztl del centro Roma, comodo e con tariffe oneste.

We enjoyed our stay here. The guy running the place was super nice and helpful and the free coffee and tea along with a fridge to put our stuff was nice. The only downside was the rooms are so close to the front desk and you can hear people talking so it doesn't feel very private. The rooms are also small. Overall was a good spot!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay. Antonio is very kind and so is the cleaner. They offer free coffee, tea and water. There is also a fridge where you can store food. Room was spacious and well equipped. Location fantastic. Highly recommend.

La pulizia, luminosità, l'accoglienza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'arredamento era per giunta grazioso ed il materasso comodissimo. La posizione decisamente ottima per muoversi a piedi come abbiamo fatto noi ed anche trovare un parcheggio non è stato troppo difficile. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il checkout e, tornati zuppi di pioggia, ci hanno fatto cambiare in una camera vuota. Gentilezza assoluta. Ci hanno persino dato un voucher per una buonissima colazione (pasta e cappuccio) presso un bar a due passi dalla struttura. Sicuramente terremo in conto Rione Monti Suites se dovessimo ripassare da Roma!

My husband and I booked the Rioni Monti Suites for two nights via their website. Upon arrival, we were required to pay for our full stay prior to seeing the room. Unfortunately, after entering the room we noticed a number of small bugs on the headboard of the bed and the wall behind the bed. When we informed the staff at the time, their solution was to wipe down the headboard with cleaning solution. Upon further inspection, we discovered more of the same bugs and were not comfortable staying in the room. Luckily, we were able to book another hotel nearby. When we returned to the Rioni to speak to someone about the situation, Manuela directed us to contact Zakir. As soon as we mentioned we were uncomfortable staying in the room, he became extremely defensive, and waffled between telling us that he couldn’t issue any kind of refund (even partial) because he wasn’t in charge, and telling us that there was no one else we could speak to to try to resolve the issue. He kept insisting that we would have had to cancel 48 hours in advance, but there is no way we would have known about the presence of bugs in the room prior to our arrival. He also repeatedly argued that other guests did not have similar complaints, despite us showing him the bugs immediately after entering the room. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend to others.

I absolutely loved it. We stayed 4 nights and we didn't listen any noise at all. Roms were clean. Beds and pillows are super comfy. And Zakir was very kind and professional, giving recommendations and willing to answer any doubts. Finally location was perfect. 10 minutes walk to Coliseum and Termini station.
