Europe is famous for its super-fast rails and how we can skip this in our 17 days journey. We had booked Italo train for most of the legs of our trip. Sometimes I got a really good deal, sometimes it was expensive. But for the trip, it never disappointed me. It started on time, reached the destination on time. Either it was Prime, smart or Comfort class, seating was comfortable. Especially, Rome to Naples journey was very smooth. Top speed was 300km/h. I even clicked the photo of its dashboard.They have Wi-Fi onboard (unlimited for deluxe coach). Designated space for keeping your 28-30 inch luggage. The restroom was super clean. In Prima & Club, you can buy (or pre-order) an Eataly lunchbox for around €16-€19. Complimentary coffee, soft drinks, wine, or prosecco is served from a trolley. There's no bar or restaurant car, but passengers can use the coffee machine and vending machine. You're free to bring your food & drink onboard...Italo is a private company that started operating Italo high-speed trains on the Milan-Florence-Rome-Naples route in the beginning.

Make yourself a favour and don’t use this company. They have zero respect for their customers, especially if they are foreigners like me and my wife. We bought two tickets with return From Rome to Florence and both tickets where flexible and we lost the train for 5 minutes because of their metro system which is full of problems and delays and they refused to give us the next ticket and they wanted us to buy new ones. Their behaviour was very rude and very bad and when we explained to them what happened they refused to talk to us or help us anymore. I tried to call in every phone of the company I could find to ask for a refund but almost all the numbers on their website and in their adds are dead or out of service. The only phone line of their customer service that was working has an answering machine in only Italian language. If you are a modern train company that is aiming at tourists you should at least have a call centre in English. This company destroyed a big part of my vacation and i lost a lot of money because of their scam politic to customers and especially tourists.. Be careful when you buy tickets from this company because if anything goes wrong , even if it’s not your fault but the companies fault you will lose all your money and nobody will help you in this company of rude people. Stay away from this company. There are a lot of other train companies. Try someone else and good luck.. one star because I cannot select zero stars

Biglietteria situata dentro la Stazione di Roma Termini. È accogliente ed accessibile per chi ha la mobilità ridotta. È spaziosa al punto giusto e all’interno si trovano le biglietterie automatiche con pagamento sia in contanti, sia con bancomat e carte di credito. Nella stessa area c’è anche il personale di Italo che è utile per assistenza varia. Il personale all’interno è stato molto gentile e professionale, anche se a me non mi è mai servito di rivolgermi a loro perché ho sempre fatto riferimento al servizio automatico, anche perché dalle recensioni leggo commenti negativi. Io l’ho trovato gentile e professionale.

Servizio on line funziona malissimo. Mi sono rivolto all’assistente che per anticipare una partenza mi ha chiesto 34 euro ! In considerazione che il vecchio biglietto era di categoria superiore. VergognosoSul treno si scusano per il servizio internet non funzionante !Paraccate italianeRoma -Milano

Ho viaggiato con italo in prima classe! Molto comoda,sevizio impeccabile,snack e bevande per tutta la durata del viaggio,fino a Milano! Unica pecca....un paio di viaggiatori perennemente al telefono, seppur per lavoro! Nel rispetto degli altri passeggeri dovrebbe essere una cosa da proibire

Treno Napoli-Torino 9994 del giorno 18 giugno 2022. Da Napoli a Roma capotreno con atteggiamento da capo’, ma da sempre tutto è ammesso e concesso in Italia. Andate a imparare l’educazione dai dipendenti delle JR giapponesi. Siete dei cafoni!

Premesso il fatto che non è colpa del poveraccio che leggerà sto commento, vorrei solo dirvi che trovo altamente ridicolo e scorretto il comportamento della vostra società. Ho avuto un problema con un acquisto (quattro biglietti pagati due volte per un totale di 222 euro). Nonostante sulla sezione ''assistenza'' del sito c'è la dicitura per questa inconvenienza, il problema è risolvibile solamente chiamando un numero a pagamento che mi porterà a spendere almeno altri 10 euro di credito (scatto alla risposta più almeno 1 euro per ogni minuto). Non è presente nulla nella sezione ''fai da te'' come riportato nel sito riguardo al mio problema, ne tantomeno uno straccio di contatto email. Causate problemi e poi volete anche essere pagati per risolverli. Comportamento inaccettabile, scorretto e che vi farà perdere clienti.

Esperienza pessima. Ragazzo in assistenza totalmente incompetente. Aveva detto a me ed alla mia amica che non c'erano più treni disponibili, la sua collega invece ci ha detto che c'erano ma purtroppo era troppo tardi, avevamo già prenotato il Flixbus. Non fidatevi di lui, se non volete finire rovinate come le sottoscritte. Dovrebbe esserci gente competente al banco:))

Servizio pessimo scadente no comment. Personale allo sportello maleducato, svogliato è irrispettoso nei confronti del cliente. Non risolvono problemi creati dall’azienda stessa, anzi! Mi sono sentita rispondere “Vada da Trenitalia”. Italo Roma Termini una vergogna, oltre che un buco rispetto a Milano Centrale, ma io mi chiedo come fate assumere personale così, mi imbarazza tanto che a Roma capitale Italo mostri il suo lato peggiore

Tried to speak with the staff at the termini station to book at train to Naples. The staff were very short and rude since we are tourists. Not to mention the trains are substantially more expensive compared to other high speed train companies. If you are a tourist save your time and energy the staff do not want to help you unless you are local. The older lady with brunette hair and glasses working the desk was especially unpleasant and rude. Also note if you are travelling with a eurorail pass there lines are not included with the pass!
