L'autonoleggio dista 2 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari ma è attivo un servizio navetta che vi viene a prendere all'uscita al piano di sopra (Partenze). Purtroppo il sito spagnolo dà delle indicazioni pressapochiste. Consiglio di inserire questa descrizione nelle indicazioni del servizio navetta sul sito. I ragazzi in loco sono seri e professionali, hanno veicoli nuovissimi e il prezzo è molto competitivo. Consiglio magari di inserire su google il numero di telefono della sede di Cagliari per risolvere la negligenza del sito spagnolo. Non dò la quinta stella per questo motivo. Sul servizio in loco invece nulla da eccepire. Lo consiglio.

Stood in line for hours to be attended. Shuttle service was not advertised. Never received instructions after my reservation.

In the confirmation email they said they would pick us us at the airport and take us to their office. No one showed up, no one is picking up the phone, impossible to contact them. We ended up taking a taxi for 18€ to get to their office.

A great experience dealing with Recordgo. We were picked up from airport to the long stay parking office (10 minutes away) met by very friendly staff and had our car ready in minutes. Highly recommend it if you want to avoid the hassle of finding which car park to go to at the airport with other companies.

La compagnia è spagnola, pertanto se al vostro arrivo telefonate non risponde nessuno. La sede di Cagliari è efficiente, quando arrivate in aeroporto uscite al primo piano, è lì che arriverà il bus navetta che può aver scritto parking go (che è adiacente alla sede recordgo). Purtroppo la mail che arriva in caso di prenotazione non è molto chiara su dove prendere la navetta ma questo dipende dalla sede centrale che è in Spagna, i ragazzi del posto sono bravi e disponibili. Inoltre hanni i prezzi molto competitivi.

Don't rent with these guys, their supposedly cheap prices are not worth the hastle!!! We rented with them from Olbia (Sardinia), and firstly, it's impossible to find them upon arrival, and if we didn't call to them we would never find out - a van had to pick us from a specific place on the parking lot to drive us to their rental place. Upon arrival the check in took ages (in the super heated office), and they gave us a new car which they didn't check with us closely - they just claimed there were no scratches and let us check the car for ourselves. We didn't take extra cover because we never have problems (plus the cover they offered was almost more expensive than the rental itself!), and during the rental we drove very safely and parked in secluded places that weren't close to other cars. Upon return of the car the guy comes out, scrutinizes the car and literally points out the tiniest scratches on the black bumper. It was ridiculous because we would have never spotted those scratches without someone pointing them out to us and hence we are convinced they were not even caused by us! They produced a bill of 77 euros without explaining how they came to this amount. They also couldn't show us any pictures/reports from previous rentals which we asked for as proof that they pre-existed. This company is purely set up to get money out of you.
