N°18 Casa di Campagna

Mark and Sara are the best hosts we have ever experienced and No.18 is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. The attention to detail is wonderful. We have never had hosts leave such incredibly thoughtful and generous welcome gifts or offer such invaluable advice and assistance on where to go for days out or meals. We all loved chilling out by the pool and had some great days and meals out. We took a drive down to The Italian Riviera, used the train from Asti to visit Turin and enjoyed a stunning afternoon at Cascina Gilli Vineyards. We had a lovely grown up meal at Castello Di Razzano across the valley from No. 18 and also enjoyed a family meal in Asti at Vicolo Battisti where the food was fantastic. Both recommended by Mark & Sara. Thank you both for a brilliant week. We will definitely return in the future. Love the idea of skiiing from No.18 that we discussed too!

Eine sehr gepflegte und gediegene Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung. Drei Zimmer für je 2 Personen (Doppelbetten) im Obergeschoss mit je eigenem WC und Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss ein gemütlicher Wohnraum mit Cheminée, offener Küche und weiterer Toilette. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Pflanzen wie Rosmarin, Pfirsich-, Feigen- und weiteren Bäumen. Sitzecke draussen. Sitzplatz beim Swimmingpool (erst ab ca. Mai offen!)Korb mit Früchten, Ananas, Zitronen, Bananen und Kiwis. Apérogebäck. Im Kühlschrank ein Schaumwein aus der Gegend. Eigene Küchenmesser und Gewürze von Vorteil.Also wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt.Danke.

Wow what a beautiful, stunning property No.18 is. We were totally blown away with attention to detail and the standard that Sara & Mark have lovingly furnished and decorated this house to, amazing. From entering through the gates and stepping onto the perfectly manicured driveway, with the stunning view over the garden to the swimming pool and the countryside beyond, to the well equipped kitchen and cosy, spotlessly clean lounge. This continued to the three beautiful bedrooms, all with stunning views, stylish modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds.We only had 4 nights and this wasn’t long enough to take in all that the surrounding areas of No.18 has to offer, so we will be returning very soon.We fell in love with Zeb, Rosie and Edward, Sara and Marks gorgeous, goofy Podencos.A visit to this stunning property will not disappoint and will leave you wanting more!

Lovely cozy and calm house in Sanico, close to Asti, Alba, Turin and all the key areas.We stayed for a week during the Christmas holidays and it was just what we needed, a spot away from the noisy city.The owners of the house were extremely welcoming and genuinely always available. Thank you Sara and Mark for the warm welcoming.

What a place to stay! No 18 is quite possibly in the most idyllic location we have ever visited. The accommodation was second to none with Mark and Sara ensuring we had everything we needed upon arrival. A stunning view from the pool, peaceful and so very relaxing. We cannot wait to visit again. Nice place...the house is fantastic and very clean.Everything was down to the finest detail. The very spacious room along with the bathroom. The pool, a luxury where we enjoy every day. And the very good hosts, thank you very much for everything. If you want to spend a few quiet days enjoying the silence and tranquility, this is your home

Posto incantevole, vista strepitosa, host molto gentili e simpatici.

La villa di Sara e Mark è un piccolo paradiso: ristrutturata recentemente con grandissima attenzione e gusto, ha al suo interno tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche lunghi. La cucina è super attrezzata, anche il miglior cuoco troverà difficilmente un accessorio mancante (c'è perfino il termometro per controllare la temperatura interna della carne!). La casa accoglie comodamente molte persone: eravamo 2 famiglie (4 adulti e 3 bambini) e gli spazi avrebbero accolto tranquillamente anche famiglie più numerose di noi. La piscina gode di una vista spettacolare e il patio che padroneggia dall'alto permette di tenere sempre sott'occhio i bambini. Sara e Mark vivono nella casa a fianco ma la loro presenza non si nota per niente: abbiamo comunicato solo via messaggio e non hanno per niente invaso la nostra privacy. This was one of the best stays at an Airbnb we’ve ever had, and we’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and hotels! Sara and Mark are the most thoughtful hosts that we have encountered. They thought about everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from the furniture, supplies to arranging the chef at home. The house is absolutely stunning - it’s for everything you need and we felt right at home. The view is breathtaking from morning to the evening, and the photos don’t do it’s justice! We also had the absolute privacy - Sara and Mark were always there when we needed them but otherwise they just left the house to ourselves. We love the house so much that I’m almost reluctant to write a good review in case it becomes too popular! We would love to come back and stay at no.18 again and we already miss it!
