There are some experiences my friend and I want to complain to this shop’s staff service:1.On the date 9/9 I visited this shop to look for some items for my friend. I took the picture with the item and the staff stopped me and said you can’t do that. I turned off the camera and called my friend to tell him he needs to come by himself. But around 19:10 comes some customers expressing they want to find something and the staff took all the items down on the table and allowed them to took the picture. I don’t understand why this shop has different standards for different colors of people.2.When we asked some questions about the items, the staff pretended that she didn’t hear us but the truth is she just didn’t want to answer us. She gave us a reason why she didn’t want to reply was because of a warning on the shelf :Please don’t touch. We apologized for our behavior but when we came in the store we saw many people touch the items on the shelf and she didn’t say nothing.3.The most important thing we care about is her attitude.Firstly, she said no picture so we abided the rule and waited for our friends to come. During that time she counted down the time continuously that the shop will close by 19:30 but she said she can only serve till 19:20. Secondly because of her carelessness, she filled in a wrong passport number on our Tex refund document. It was a really big mistake for us and it took us a lot of time to solve the problem with customs.In the end, we really had a very awful experience with unprofessional service in this shop and we didn’t get the respect we deserve so I give a one star for this.

Caffè top in tazzine che sono la fine del mondo e da provare ovviamente le frittelle,in tempo di carnevale,hanno quel qualcosa di diverso e buonissimo. Staff gentile preparato veloce. Se si va a venezia dato che è vicino alla stazionr una tappa bisogna sempre farla

Sicuramente un bel negozio, fornitissimo.... Peccato che la persona che ci ha seguito non fosse assolutamente disponibile, anzi... Frettolosa e scocciata, senza neanche l'ombra di un po' di gentilezza!Un vero peccato.

Faccio acquisti in Tonolo Selezioni da circa 12 anni, credo di poter dire la mia.Si tratta di un negozio di Nicchia, davvero particolare e con prodotti non convenzionali.La loro Filosofia è molto semplice: Ogni prodotto che vendono è nato da un’esigenza e per ogni oggetto c’è una storia dietro.In diverse recensioni leggo della titolare poco cortese, scontrosa e quant’altro, in realtà non è così, inutile dire che bisogna saperla ascoltare, sa ciò che vende ed è molto paziente, naturale che dietro un negozio così di nicchia si nascondono delle persone altrettanto non convenzionali. Ha semplicemente i suoi modi.In tanti anni che mi rivolgo a loro per i miei acquisti ho sempre trovato disponibilità e flessibilità, mi capita molte volte di cambiare idea, restituire articoli piuttosto che cambiarli, fare giri a vuoto perchè non trovo quello che cerco, più e più volte.Non è un negozio per tutti, quando ci entrate calatevi nel mood e tutto avrà un suo perchè, fidatevi.
