Probably a nice shop but has the rudest shop assistant in Venice working there. Would definitely go elsewhere instead.

My wife purchased a bag this weekend, it had a minor buckle malfunction so I took it back to the store. The worker (Amber) was fantastic, sent the bag back to the main store, had the buckle fixed and the item was shipped to my house in just under two full days.HIGHLY recommend this shop if you desire excellent product, pricing and customer service!!
