Serata divertentissima e super interessante con la chef Marcella! Abbiamo realizzato un menù fantastico con: bis di ravioli (gorgonzola e pera + gorgonzola, ricotta, pecorino), vitella con granella di pistacchio, patate e mela e a chiudere un bis di gelato (cioccolato e crema) che rimarrà a lungo impresso nella mia memoria!Un'esperienza bellissima che spero di ripetere presto.Grazie ancora!;)

It was one of the best cooking class experience I ever had. My husband and I visit Italy first time, Marcella is so passionate about food, not only did we learn how to make a delicious home made meals, we made appetizer, homemade pasta, chicken and tiramisu, and they are divine!! (which really surprise me! As not a cook myself) I am so inspired by her way of living and celebrating life via food and amazing Olive oil.If you have a chance, I highly recommend you to book a private cooking class with her, and don’t forget to grab a copy of her cooking book!Highly recommended.

Nei giorni scorsi con il team di dotFlorence abbiamo organizzato un corso di cucina (come attività di team building) insieme a Marcella di Giglio Cooking . L'evento è stato un successone, oltre ad esserci divertiti nel mettere - letteralmente! - le mani in pasta, abbiamo imparato tante nuove ricette contemporaneamente rafforzando la coesione del team!Grazie ancora a Marcella e Marta per la professionalità (e la simpatia) che hanno reso questo evento interessante e divertente!Sicuramente organizzeremo a breve altri eventi!A presto;)

I had such a wonderful time in Chef Marcella's kitchen! The food was delicious and very fun to make as a team. Chef Marcella is so kind, funny, and patient. She truly takes the time to teach you and help you tenderly. The Gigliocooking team is also fantastic - special thanks to Marta for all her help and guidance. They've created a welcoming and supportive ambiance that is perfect for anyone who loves food. The course is so extensive and allows you to learn many different techniques and recipes. Really loved my time here and sincerely recommend!

Marcella makes preparing Tuscan food fun and delicious. Our family of 7 enjoyed preparing a meal that included home made ravioli (pear and gorgonzola stuffing) in a pea based sauce - I know, sounds crazy. But the flavors were AMAZING. Cant wait to try this one at home. We also made a veal roast wrapped in proscuito ham and rolled in chopped nuts (pistachio, almonds, and two more). We made roasted potatoes as a side. Then we topped it off with a chocolate tort we prepared in two ways. One was baked in the oven for about and hour. The other was kept in the freezer for about an hour then baked for maybe ten minutes to create a Lava Cake effect. Both were topped with a strawberry sauce we created. Once all the cooking was complete we sat down at the table and enjoyed the fruits of all our efforts. This was a lovely experience for our family. AND it combined a fun activity with fine dining!

I completed a two week cooking program, and wish that I had taken the month long course! I am so grateful to have met Marcella. She is an incredible teacher, and person. The course teaches you many of the fundamentals of Italian cooking, and the content is applicable for new cooks and seasoned chefs. She’s absolutely brilliant, funny, open minded, and her team is equally talented. Thank you Marcella and Marta!

Marcella was incredibly knowledgeable and kind during our private lesson. We made two varieties of pasta and olive oil cake with caramel. She taught us so much in just 3 hours! She is a talented chef and instructor and we would highly recommend cooking classes at Gigliocooking School.
