The apartment is very nice and tidy. It is cleaned very well (every day) and everything you need is there. Besides, the apartment is heated very well, so you will not get cold and your wet skiing clothes will dry perfectly. Carlo & Margherita are VERY nice and helpful people and are always there for you. After only one week in the apartment, to me, they already feel like our (new) Dolomiti friends! We would really recommend other people to stay with Carlo and Margherita and enjoy their beautiful apartment building, but above all their excellent service and nice way of interacting with you as a guest. When we will visit Sottoguda again we will definitely visit Carlo an d Margherita!

Appena terminato il soggiorno non possiamo che lasciare una recensione per questa struttura che ci ha accolti per una settimana! L'appartamento bilocale è accogliente e spazioso il giusto, perfettamente insonorizzato, aspetto non trascurabile per noi avendo un bimbo di un anno. L'esterno ha anche una area comune giochi/relax che non fa sentire la mancanza di un giardino privato. La posizione è magnifica e la gentilezza ed accoglienza ci fanno già sentire la nostalgia. Torneremo sicuramente

Appartamento molto ben curato e pulito e dotato di stoviglie ed asciugamani da bagno e doccia che vengono cambiati su richiestaI proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi, ci tengono che l'ospite passi una buona vacanza. Offrono come servizio aggiunto la consegna di brioches e pane alle 7½ del mattino (può non piacere che i sacchetti vengano lasciati per terra, ma sono davvero molto buoni)Unico neo la rete del divano letto rumorosa e un po' infossata; adatta per dei bambini ma non per adulti.Chi ha il sonno molto leggero forse farebbe meglio a chiedere un appartamento non lato stradaConsigliatissimo, da tornare

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 3 notti nella prima settimana di gennaio. L'abbiamo scelto sia per la comodità agli impianti sciistici sia per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Gli appartamenti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, puliti e dotati di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Vengono effettuate pulizie giornaliere con cambio asciugamani. Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari per la loro gentilezza. Speriamo di rivederci presto.Nico e famiglia

In questo luogo incantato insieme alla mia famiglia ho trascorso 5 giorni ad agosto bellissimi, da favola. L'appartamento era molto grazioso, curato nei minimi particolari. La proprietaria, la signora Margherita è una persona eccezionale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Nel Borgo poi mi sembrava di vivere una favola. I paesaggi nei d'intorni non si possono descrivere per quanto sono incantevoli. Tutto molto bello. Esperienza stupenda che spero di rivivere il prossimo anno. Sol e nef lo consiglio vivamente.

Very nice and cozy place, clean and spaceous room, and bayhroom,wih emphasis on detailes.Enough space in bathroom to live your personal things. I was glad to have found kitchen towels and dish washing soap in the kitchen. Kind and helpful owners.

Siamo appena rientrati dalla vacanza trascorsa nel residence.. un bel monolocale con cucina ben attrezzata molto pulito.. rassettata giornaliera .. molto cordiali i proprietari Margherita e Carlo che ci hanno consigliato alcuni percorsi.. veramente molto bello .. consigliatissimo.. speriamo di rivederci presto

La nostra notte migliore nelle dolomiti. La ragazza che ci ha accolto con l’ombrello sotto la pioggia dolcissima e gentilissima. Cucina attrezzata, camera e hotel curato nei dettagli.Impeccabile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente per più di una notteGrazie

Sottoguda is a gem of a place and this residence is a special place within a special place.It's the perfect blend of professional, hotel-style services (e.g., rooms cleaned every day) and the feel of a family-run apartment. This is to be credited to the owners Carlo e Margherita who are two very genuine and nice people.They are also super-informative for everything local, from restaurants to attractions, from hikes to other activities. Carlo is an artisan of wrought iron (a local tradition), and definitely he can advise on that too!The apartments contain everything one needs (at least everything I needed), and they are clean, well-kept and pleasantly decorated. Ours had two pleasant balconies and the relaxing sound of the stream nearby (and if that's not to your taste, great sound insulation is provided by the windows). The main road is nearby but it's not bothersome at all. Sottoguda is a peaceful place.The location is just perfect for the whole of the Dolomites (basically, in the middle, with the Marmolada just a few minutes away, but also other super-panoramic smaller mountains, elevations and villages if you are, like us, the type that wishes to avoid the big crowds). Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Perhaps the only thing that might be improved is the wifi connection (but it was specific to our floor), but this did not spoil an unforgettable stay and experience. It was far too brief though, and we'll definitely be back!
