horrible experience. When we arrived we got an dirty room. The leftovers from the previous guests were moldy. After contacting the owner we got a new room. We were assured that it was with a private bathroom. The contact went smoothly. We have expressed our complaint and received a refund. In the morning we had no hot water. The bathroom turned out to be shared and contact with the owner was completely broken. did not answer phone and does not respond to messages

Amazing location right in the centre of the plaza, just 5 mins down the road from the train station. Beautiful italian style shutter window in the window that opens up to the plaza, like something out of a movie. The host Mario was so helpful over whatsapp, he was there in an instant when we needed something. Friendliest owners, best location, amazing price.Seriously made my trip so good.

Ottima location in centro, comodissima per raggiungere la stazione e i traghetti . Quartiere con negozi, ristoranti e locali .. c’è tutto !Tornerò sicuramente , grazie

Les chambres sont petites sans aucunes ventilation avec un ventilo qui n’est pas assez suffisant. Toiles d’araignée dans la chambre. Le rideau et casser ne se ferme pas.Les toilettes et douches sont en commun et dans un salle état niveau d’hygiène. Dommage que en se temp d’épidémie les choses ne soit pas toute propres.Pas de parkingPas de petit déjeuner.Le balcon en commun et tout sale.La cuisine et rempli de meuble avec du linge salle.Bref je ne recommande pas .

fantastiche giornate a La Spezia! questo affittacamere è stato appena rinnovato, si trova vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e gode di ogni tipo di servizio. Dal vicino porto Mirabello siamo partiti alla volta di Lerici, Portovenere, Isola Palmaria, e le bellissime cinque terre! una vacanza che non dimenticherò mai. consigliatissimo!

What a fantastic stay! Very conviently located near la Spezia metro stop for easy access to cinque terre. The portoventre room was fantastic - clean with a queen and a twin bed, and three sets of towels and soap. Large mirrors, lots of light, everything you could want. 10/10 stay here for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, had AC, toiletries welcome pack. The windows have good noise isolation so you don't get the feeling of being in a crowded square. The room is very close to the train station so you can have a day trip to Cinque terre. Smooth self check in/out

Fantastico affittacamere a due passi dalla stazione centrale di La Spezia,circa 300 metri.Camere molto molto spaziose, dotate di tutti i comfort, ampia zona in comune,con frigorifero,scrivania,freezer e terrazzo con vista città.Alloggio pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli,un plus la fibra ottica di internet,per lavorare comodamente alla massima velocità.Gli host Andrea & Marco sono due persone Fantastiche.Posto consigliato vivamente per soggiorno medio brevi, per business e per raggiungere le fantastiche spiagge della Liguria
