Enterprise Rent-A-car

This was a very small, but awesome airport (I loved it). The Enterprise staff was awesome. They were thorough, from the friendly lady at the reception desk, to the staff explaining the car requirements. In particular, the lady on shift (Francesca I think) was great! She took the time and care needed to explain the rules, how to return the car, etc. I can't say enough about how friendly and customer-service oriented she and her team were. Italy isn't known for its customer service, but she is a total all-star compared to any standard.

Excellent service. I had to call to get the staff to come meet me in terminal, but they arrived quick and the staff were very helpful.Simple pick up and even easier dropping the car back. Almost brand new car, although the Lancia Ypsilon was a little gutless on the Sardinian roads.One bit of advice - the petrol station in Fertila is a pain. Keep to the left self-service pumps unless you want to pay a 20c per litre premium for an attendant.

Sehr freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Auto ganz neu und absolut sauber. Erste Wahl in Alghero. Rückgabe ebenfalls schnell und effizient. Tolles Personal. Immer wieder gern.

First rate company whether in the US are in Europe. They speak English which was helpful at check-in and checkout. Quick process both ways I was in and out and on my way in no time. I would recommend renting through this company everywhere you can find them

Nous avons réservé avec Maggiore, à l'aller, tout était parfait, le personnel accueillant etc.Le problème, c'est au retour:On est arrivé à 22h33 à l'agence (retour prévu 22h30), on a rendu les clés, fait l'état des lieux et tout était bon. Puis le personnel nous dit que le montant total sera de 327€, ayant payé 105€ de dépôt à l'aller nous nous sommes dit que les chiffres coïncidaient et qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. (On avait payé 222€ en ligne)10 minutes plus tard, le personnel vient nous voir en nous disant qu'il était désolé de son erreur et en nous expliquant qu'il avait validé (et clôturé) le contrat en nous facturant 1 jour supplémentaire, puis nous dit pourquoi vous ne m'avez rien dit quand je vous ai dis le montant ?" Sur le coup

Ho sempre trovato cortesia, disponibilità e puntualità da parte di tutto il personale di questo punto noleggio Enterprise. Un enorme grazie a Claudio che Venerdì scorso mi ha riportato in aeroporto le cuffie wireless Bose che avevo dimenticato in macchina al momento del check-out.
