Bounce Luggage Storage - Milano Cardona

La qualité de la prestation elle-même était bonne mais il n'est pas normal que la procédure prévue par Bounce, à savoir l'enregistrement du bagage par lecture d'un code sur l'application, n'ait pas été respectée, malgré une demande très appuyée de ma part. Heureusement que j'ai trouvé de l'aide auprès du service d'assistance de Bounce pour enregistrer manuellement mes bagages afin que je puisse bénéficier de la garantie pour le cas où quelque chose soit dérobé. Bref, la prestation de Bounce était excellente mais le Bar Magenta ne prend pas les choses assez au sérieux et le morceau de carton remis en échange d'un bagage n'est pas ce qui est prévu pour activer l'assurance des bagages. C'est vraiment dommage...

Excellent luggage storage service at a convenient central location. At walking distance to taxi stand and train station.Definitely recommended.

It’s in Bar Magenta. If you walk in and show staff your booking they’ll safely store your bags and it’s easy to pick up as well. Very close to Milan Cadorna station.

We arrived in Milan Cadorna station from Milan Malpensa Airport in the morning and before checking in our hotel slightly away from the city centre, we were hoping to store our bags for the day somewhere. Bar Magneta a.k.a Bounce Luggage Storage caught our eyes on Google Map. For €5 per bag, you can store your suitcases as long as you want through the day. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and got us sorted in no time. On our way back we also decided to stay back for a coffee since we realised the place was more importantly a pub first and luggage storage solution later. The Cappuccino and the Americano were amazing. And the Tiramisu we tried was fantastic. Highly recommended bar & luggage storage solution in a very conveniently located place.

Es dentro del bar magenta. Me pareció súper rápido la atención, solo pregunté por el guardado de maletas y me costo 10 euros por todo el día. Fui a recoger a la noche y estaba todo ok. Me dejaron usar el baño también sin costo.

A great place to leave your luggage. It is in a restaurant/cafe on the corner so go inside and manage your drop off there. Very kind and friendly stuff!
