TL;DR - 4-month saga of incomplete repairs and ghosted calls.They took 4 months to do 2 weeks worth of repairs. They technically did me a favor by bypassing the base's auto body repair to get 3rd party parts off base for a cheaper price, but they failed miserably at communication, timeliness and completeness of repair.They didn't find the correct parts for those repairs, even after 4 months. They had such substandard attention to detail, they ordered the wrong windshield, the wrong logo, the wrong seatbelts (the wrong color and they were defective, which they told me there was simply nothing they could do). They replaced the entire hood that only needed a small dent (4cm) bent back -- this also meant I no longer had my EPA sticker required to ship the car back.Worst of all, they screened my calls and ghosted them continuously to the point where I had to rent a car and drive in just to get answers. For 4 months they dragged me along and pretended, in true Neapolitan fashion, that everything was va bene." They just shrugged and pretended I was the one with the problem

Knowledge but pricey.

Great place to go and get some light body work for your car at a very reasonable price. Recommend going here first before any other shop.
