Where to even begin?! Alice and her amazing Wedding Assistant, Lisa, made our Tuscany wedding dreams come true! We got married in October 2022 with a small destination wedding of 30 guests from the US. Alice was there every step of the way in the planning process and offered wonderful ideas for the whimsical wedding we wanted to plan. She recommended some amazing vendors we worked with for florals, stationary, gelato, hair & makeup, rentals, officiant, DJ, and more - every person we worked with were so nice and made the day so special. Alice has built such a wonderful network of vendors who she works with (most of whom are based in Tuscany) and everyone involved formed such a flawless team - we couldn't have asked for more. When we got to Tuscany less than a week before the wedding (both of our first times in Italy), Alice was ready to meet with us, wrap up final details, and most importantly, make sure we were doing okay and see if there was anything else we needed. She and Lisa were by both myself and my now-husband's side the entire wedding day and it was such a delight to get to know them and feel their positive energy throughout the day. They finalized every detail, helped us solve last minute decisions, they took on all of our stress, comforted us, brought us drinks, created the most beautiful tablescape, made sure the events were on time and ran smoothly, and made us have the most magical wedding day I could have ever dreamed of. They had a ready-made solution for any bump in the road we experienced and they helped us tackle any tough challenges. Every detail was perfection all thanks to Alice's creativity and artistic vision - it was the perfect romantic fairytale, and we now consider Alice and Lisa such wonderful friends. I would wholeheartedly recommend Unique Events in Tuscany to anyone planning their dream wedding in Italy!

We booked our wedding over 2 years in advance and worked with Alice throughout the entire process. She was great at getting all of the vendors as I live in Sweden and did not know anything about Italian wedding vendors! The day of the wedding her and her assistant Lisa were amazing and worked with us as it unfortunately rained and we had to change the entire dinner last minute. She was very professional in handling the situation and tried her best to work with us to still give us our dream wedding- even in the rain! If you are not from Italy, then I would definitely recommend Alice as a wedding planner as she will make the whole process very smooth for you and your partner. The only reason I did not give her 5 stars is that she needs to work on emails. We did schedule in a monthly call, but between monthly calls, especially the last 3-4 months leading up to the wedding she was hard to get in contact with. In the end, everything turned our perfect and she did an amazing job! I had guests coming up to me saying this was the best wedding they have ever been too- even with the rain!

This review is LONG over due. I seriously can’t stress enough how magical our wedding was and the experience we had working with Alice and her team. Communication was effortless and always attentive. Every video call/chat was informative and truly the best. Planning a wedding in Italy from California might seem kinda crazy right? But, with Alice on our side and 3 years of planning it was more than we could have ever asked for. Alice planned 3 days for us. Pizza party, wedding day and pool party. We got married at Terre Di Nano (highly highly recommend) and ahhh I still dream about our day. Alice, you are an angel sent from heaven. We love you so much and thank you a million for everything you did for us. There are no words to express the gratitude and love we have for you. We worked with Alice for the last several months of wedding planning to pull all of the details together…Having her on the ground in Tuscany was a dream, we felt like the wedding could not have gone smoothly without her coordinating all of our vendors. She really is a pleasure to work with personally and professionally, we truly felt like she cared for our wedding as if it was her own, an amazing feeling! We gave her a really big task in executing this dream wedding we’d been planning for several years/through covid postponements, and her team did an amazing job. There are no words to describe our experience with Alice. We've started working with her as a wedding planner and I'd like to think that now we have a friend.We contacted Alice few months before our second wedding date (wedding postponed due to covid). We had most of the vendors and a vision for our wedding but we had no idea how to make all of this come true. Since the very first moment that Alice took over, we knew it's going to be amazing. Like many couples, we were dreaming of an amazing wedding in Italy. While searching for the perfect property, we met Alice and quickly decided to have her to be our wedding planner. We both work in a rather logistics/planning driven environment and my wife speaks Italian, so we got busy more than a year prior to the event with the planning. Alice was always very approachable and nice to talk to during our planning and preparation. Quickly checklists were marked and checked and decisions were made. Honestly said, I was wondering what all the fuzz about planning a wedding was about, as some months before the event we were basically almost done planning. At some point we were even wondering - do we need a wedding planner?Then the drama which is guaranteed to happen sometime somewhere kicked in and Alice was showing her real value - to make it happen at any costs! We had several last minute issues which brought the stress barometer into the roof and within hours Alice managed to cool everything down, solve it and give us the feeling, from far away, that she has things under control. This feeling in the week of the wedding was very much needed and helpful and supported us in focusing on what we want to focus on instead of what we need to focus on. It was a great team play and at the end of the wedding I must conclude - it went better than expected. You could say perfect. This is thanks to all the vendors we worked with (they were all very pleasant) where Alice was proposing most of them and also through the feeling we are not needed to coordinate during the actual day of the wedding itself. It was great and we can recommend her without hesitation!

We chose Alice as our wedding planner from a recommendation from a colleague. Even with this recommendation, we did our own research and vetted about 5 other planners. Alice was by far the most passionate and easy to talk to, as well as reasonably priced.Alice is incredibly talented and I cannot describe how amazing her ability was to decipher my vision and make it a reality. We chose everything for our wedding remotely as we are based in the US and weren’t able to visit Italy before our day. We had about 55 guests from all over the world (Australia, America, Europe) and the wedding spanned 3 days. She helped us through this process and when we finally met after 2 years of Zoom calls, it was like meeting an old friend. She not only was able to understand the feel I wanted for the wedding, but she gave suggestions and I truly felt like she was working with us to make the day memorable.We chose Alice because of her clear passion, however one thing I didn’t realize that this would result in (but I’m so glad it did) is that when giving options for vendors, she found others who were equally as passionate. She has high standards and didn’t go for mainstream people which we loved and meant we had a truly unique experience. Our wedding was beyond perfect and looked like it was straight from a Pinterest board! I am so grateful for Alice (and cried when we left her!) and I cannot speak highly enough about how talented she is. I would happily act as a reference for her if anyone is on the fence!!

When the welcome party and wedding finally came around, Alice handled everything with grace and a smile--making it a relaxing and fun experience for both me, my husband, our families and guests! We just had the most magical wedding in Tuscany this month and thankfully to Alice all went smooth. It had been a long time in the making due to the pandemic and Alice was there to help us make all our ideas a reality even with such a big obstacle. She helped with vendors, coordination of guests needs, site visits, and finding the right solutions for all our wedding needs. Planning a wedding from another country is complicated as is but she helped bridge that gap. We couldn't have been happier with her services and gladly recommend her.
