Non posso che congratularmi con tutto lo staff Europcar di Catania, in quanto esemplari per cordialità, professionalità e attenzione rivolta al cliente. Esperienza da 10 cum laude.

Arrivare in sede e trovare i ragazzi lavorare in ufficio in condizioni disumane con 35 gradi e veramente penoso...una grande azienda come lo siete voi avrebbe dovuto gia mesi fa istallare l'impianto di condizionamento ...ufficio con vetrata esposta al sole quasi creandosi ambiente da Serra ....Da lodare i ragazzi che imperterriti espletano il proprio lavoro con diligenza. ...premetto che sono un cliente in fila letteralmente fradicio di sudore grazie al vostro ufficio...la cosa penosa che devo recarmi dai miei clienti in queste condizioni....

We had a fantastic experience here. We had originally booked a car somewhere else and due to a problem there, we needed a car on extremely short notice. We booked a van as it was the only decently priced vehicle that we could find quickly. The website said that they needed two hours to prepare the car, however, it was already ready when we arrived less than an hour later. We were given a free upgrade as the size that we booked was not available anymore. The staff was extremely friendly and even sat down with us to calculate if it would make sense to upgrade to unlimited miles since the trucks come with a limit. The car was new, clean, and drove well. We were able to return it a few minutes earlier than the office opened since we were in a rush and recieved confirmation that everything was OK before we left. Europcar took our disastrous situation and made it into a great experience!!

So kind and helpful with the returning of the car and by helping us to order a taxi to the hotel.

I've read many nad opinions about car renting on sicilly. That particular i recommend. Most important iż that they have time for clients and treat you with respect

Ho prenotato una macchina 5 posti per 5 persone e ho pagato come se l'avessi comprata. Arrivo a Catania per prenderla e mi consegnano una machina più piccola (4 posti, praticamente una scatola di sardine). E poi mi fanno delle offerte per ricevere la macchina che avevo prenotato... scandaloso.

Personale gentile e qualificato ,ho avuto a che fare col signor Andrea Vinci ,che dire gentile e disponibile ritornerò sicuramente a noleggiare !

Gentili disponibili agenzia nel cuore della città, utile per chi non vuole andare in aeroporto.

Very good service and excellent car.Everything was explained in details by charming Luana.She was also available in the Whatsupp for any informationPlease note that while making the reservation in the Application- the differences between 3 types of coverages are not that clear.We preferred the total coverage in order to be totally safe of any risk or payment.Not cheap...but peaceful
