Questo posto è un paradiso bellissimo rilassante. Tutto lo staff senza eccezione sono di una professionalità unica. Ti fanno sentire a proprio agio. Il posto ideale x chi come noi vuole rilassarsi senza privarsi di tutti i comfort che lo accompagna. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie di cuore a tutti

SPA is NOT included in the room rate, what a shame!! This is not visible in the booking process either! Dear Hotel Management, as nice the hotel is, but this is a scam and not acceptable. Please make that visible during the booking process that SPA is not included! Advertising on the website with nice pictures and NOT stating that this will be charged extra is resulting in wrong expectations not making your guests happy! Definitely NOT coming back. The room has been booked via the website. Yes, I am frustrated and this shouldn’t happen after a 5 star hotel visit.

Siamo andati il giorno di Natale per il brunch. Abbiamo chiesto un uovo, sapendo che il costo del brunch era di 75 euros senza bevande. Ci hanno risposto che era in piu del prezzo. Abbiamo trovato questa risposta un po legera, soppratutto che nel pranzo c'era una sola qualita di carne, e parecchie quiche (per un pranzo di Natale). Il luogo è bellissimo, ma il brunch dovrebbe essere di migliore qualita nella scelta dei piatti. In confronto al prezzo.

Very strange hotel. Won’t come back. Valet was always absent , no water bottles in the room , coffee didn’t work , paid over 25 euro for two water bottles to be delivered. TV didn’t work. And wifi never worked properly !However food was very good and service was very good at the restaurant!

Not all rooms are able to access the spa is only reserved for the top suites. Spa is paid 20 euros per person and only 8 people available per day so you most likely don’t have access to it. Rooms ready old from 70’s. Horrible service

Il miglior albergo a 5 stelle nella zona, vista mare. Sei coccolato dalla mattina alla sera.

My family spent over a week there as my daughter was attending a tennis camp at Piatti.The staff was very kind throughout our stay from valet to front desk, restaurant and pool staff. The food was really tasteful. We had 2 rooms. A suite very spacious, and another one next to it not that big but big enough and both had beautiful sea views.The pool area is very nice, and the the garden nice to it overlooking g the sea was very relaxing.The little beach downstairs was perfect for a dive to refresh in the Crystalline water!The only thing I would suggest the hotel should do is to renovate/refresh the arrival rampa and valet area. It looks old and does not reflect the standing of the hotel.

Buongiorno a tuttiDirei tutto o quasi tutto perfetto...L unica pecca è stata al ricevimento...premetto che ho 64 anni...avevo guidato per 800 km e all arrivo avevo chiesto di bere per prima cosa un espresso...beh la signora con gli occhiali al ricevimento non mi ha concesso ciò....doveva assolutamente fare per primo il check in...mahhh.....direi molto sgarbata...poi è intervenuto il signore collega ed è cambiato tutto....che dire se non si è capaci di fare il proprio mestierecredo sia meglio cambiarlo....che dite?Comunque nel complesso sono rimasto soddisfatto un un grosso complimento al ragazzo del pool bar davvero bravo

Un esperienza davvero piacevole… La struttura è molto raffinata con vaste attività e servizi, la differenza la fa sicuramente l’accoglienza e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Ottima anche la ristorazione, ci torneremo!
