Autonoleggio Tau Touring
I used Tau Touring to arrange a car and driver for a group of friends to attend a wedding. Speedy responses from the central team (including changing all the timings at short notice when I realised I'd gotten them all wrong!). The car was spotless and our driver was a real gentleman. Highly recommended.

I use Tau touring every time I am in Lucca. The service they provide is excellent. The driver is always on time , the cars are clean and top quality and the communication with the office staff via email or phone is easy ,as they speak very good English and provide clear and accurate information.I have used them for Airport transfers ( Pisa-Lucca) , train transfers ( Lucca- Firenze , Lucca- Pisa ), and also trips to neighbouring towns.I highly recommend them.

Autonoleggio Tau Touring
We used Tau for our group of 18 to go from the airport in Florence to a rental villa, then on day trips to Florence, to Siena, and to Pisa and Lucca. They also took us to the Cinque Terre for the next leg of our trip, and then from there to Provence, France. The 21 passenger bus was very nice inside and comfortable. Lots of luggage space.The people in the office are wonderful to work with, and the drivers were on time, safe and friendly.I want to shout out to drivers Claudio, Ferdinando, and Marco. Amazing gentlemen who were so gracious to our group, especially the 8 children. Great English skills as well!

Many thanks to the staff and drivers for assisting us with transfers to/from Lucca. Communication was quick and drivers arrived on time. Katia and Susanna were most helpful and patient during several changes, cancellations and delays with our flight and arrival times. Would definitely recommend Tau Touring!!

We, my wife and I, took a tour from Lucca to two local wineries. The driver was prompt and courteous. The car, a van, was clean and in good repair. We were especially pleased with Giovanni who drove us around. He was knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating. We had a little snafu on our part about the pickup time, we had our phone turned off. They continued trying different methods to contact us until they were successful by email. While having a private driver was a little more costly than a group tour, it is definitely worth the extra money. Do yourself a favor and use this car service.
