Just got out of a great class today. Pizza and gelato making with the whole family. To say Federico was good would be an understatement. He was kind, patient, and very good with all the kids there. The class was great, and the kids were very happy throughout. When we asked a couple off beat questions when leaving, he took the time to find the answers for us - Thank you so much Federico!

What a fantastic experience and great way to spend a few fun hours in Florence. Both Tomasso and Frederico were amazing and informative instructors and chefs, and the selected dishes we created were all delicious. Starting off with the market visit was a great way to begin the journey. Thank you for recipes, I cannot wait to re-create them! Highly recommend Florencetown cooking classes.

I had the best time learning from Towns of Italy (Florencetown) cooking school. Tomasso and Serena were wonderfully kind and attentive. Tomasso the chef gave a lot of chef tips during the class, and his steps were clear and simple. I would highly recommend Tomasso's classes, which is kept to about 20 people, and there was a mixture of demo and hands-on which was excellent. The final products for the pasta and meat sauce was top notch, and more than enough to go round. The tiramisu dessert was a pleasant bonus. Went for a second class for the pizza and gelato class and Chef Alice professiinal and engaging. Despite some noise disruptions initially, she maintained her cool and carried on, as you do. She clearly loves what she is doing, and would share with us her local favourites for gelato and like Tommaso, gave tips and kept the class light hearted with jokes and annedotes of her own experiences. My much-awaited holiday has beeb amplified with super high memories because of the team at towns of italy. Big shout out and thanks to the team! May you continue to bless all the travellers with your enthusiam as they walk through your doors, always!

This was so much fun!! My family and I did the pizza and gelato class with chefs Roberta and Andrea. The chefs were so friendly and gave clear instruction and examples! They were knowledgeable about the history of the food and of Florence. We learned so much during this class and had a great time while doing it! Thank you Andrea and Roberta!

My fiancé and I signed up for the Wanna Be Italiano class but upon arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to the Master Class - which is a semi-private class (4 couples, 8 people)! Our chef, Frederico, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He had an amazing, upbeat and friendly personality. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things food and wine - which was a huge plus as we walked through the market and even during the class. He was hands on, made the class engaging and fun - the 6 hour duration of the class flew by! We made a delicious chicken that slow cooked for 2+ hours, which came out so good. It was tender and cooked to perfection. We also made our own spaghetti and gnocchi - which was not easy but Frederico was extremely helpful and made it fun along the way. To top it off, we also made our own Tiramasu and learned about/drank delicious wines. I would 11/10 recommend anyone to take this class - especially the master class. Ask for Federico - he loves what he does and made the experience for us one to remember!

Chef Frederico was great. Personable, witty and knowledgeable. He made for a great day of cooking and learning about the different cheeses and cured meats available. Highly recommended by me.

A memorable experience with my daughter! We started the class by shopping for the ingredients at the nearby San Lorenzo market. It was such a fantastic experience to walk through and see the beautiful fresh produce, meat, cheese, bread and so much more! Then we came back and prepared pasta ans meat ragu and tiramisu with Alicia, who was amazing! We got to eat what we made and hands down it was the best pasta I have ever eaten! Such a highlight! Would definitely recommend!!

L'esperienza è stata incredibile e la classe giusta per tutti con diversi tipi di esperienza culinaria. Includo una visita alla piazza del mercato che è stata fantastica. Lo chef Tomaso ha un gruppo di ottimi cuochi. Una delle migliori attività da fare a Firenze.
