Our group of 4 visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Dario was our guide. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about both locations, very accommodating regarding our decisions about what to visit, and made the day very interesting. Price was very reasonable and Tredy Tours was easy to work with via email from United States. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We booked well in advance and paid our most expensive tour up front (the only company on a 7 day cruise that asked for this). The booking was made well in advance as the tour was with my son who is a full time wheelchair user.Things started going wrong as soon as my son was put into the vehicle. I noticed just in time the driver was trying to tie down the wheelchair using the spokes on the wheel. I told the driver where the chair should be tied down and the straps were put onto the correct parts of the wheelchair.We proceeded to Pompeii and had a great tour with an English speaking guide.After Pompeii my son was loaded into the vehicle again and we proceeded to our next stop, Sorrento. We set off and at the first roundabout the tie down system failed and my son’s wheelchair fell over and it hit the inside of the vehicle (thankfully it wasn’t my son that hit the vehicle). The driver stopped his vehicle and we pushed my son’s wheelchair upright the tie down was corrected (obviously not used correctly and we carried on our journey).We arrived in Sorrento and noticed the Pompeii guide (he joined us as he lived in Sorrento) was filming the driver. It was at this point I was made aware instead of the wheelchair being tied down at 4 points there were only 3 straps in the vehicle so my son was never tied down as he should have been.On the way back to Naples instead of my son travelling back in his wheelchair I picked him up out of his chair and put him into a normal seat in the vehicle.I’ve raised the issues with Tredy and they replied saying they were awaiting a response from the company they used to transport us. I chased a response on two occasions and eventually just received a reply saying they wouldn’t use the transport company again. No response from Tredy regarding how their reply covered any of our tour issues.All emails and replies kept if my review is challenged.
