Delicious gelatos, the ladies were extremely friendly with our family and our baby got a special super mini cone for him to try too!Great menu offer with multiple choices (cones are very crispy and good!) from cones, to cup, to brioche, shakes, etc… we will be back!

The ice cream is amazing. Flavors are listed in Italian so it's a little hard to order, but the people working there are really nice and will help translate for you if you need it. We had Sstracciatella,salted caramel, hazelnut, melon, amalfi (lemon cream) and lime-sage, all were amazing! The melon tasted like real melon and wasn't too sweet like many other gelato places we've tried. Definitely went twice and would go another time to try the walnut and other flavors...

Incredible. We ate the first round on the bench opposite, which was a bad idea as we had to go back for a second round of flavours. Pistachio was number one, but the two lime flavours were amazingly fresh

While I do acknowledge finding a good gelato spot in Italy and Florence in particularly is not a stressful challenge, La sorbettiera managed to still stands out as an overall concept, visual branding… but also with a deliciously creative flavor menu.From my choice, Lime Basil was simply top!

I didn’t know what to try, the employee was extremely nice& friendly recommended different flavours. They let you to try the once’s that you’re thinking about.Plum was perfect, not too sweet. But I was getting salted caramel and it wouldn’t go with Plum, definitely coming back for that one.He even recommended the ones that would go with salted caramel.If you like sweet chocolate flavoursIs for you!

Had the lemon and sage as well as the strawberry and both were super refreshing sorbets!!!! The other flavours weren’t catered to tourists at all and were very authentic, and were covered in metal caps which is always a plus!

Hands down the best gelato in all of Italy.We visited this place based on a recommendation from a girl we found on TikTok (KacieRose).The gelato was so fresh and sooooo delicious. Highly recommend this place for a taste of amazing, authentic gelato.
