As a tech. Director of Elhadefler Kağıçılık A.S. İstanbul, TurkeyI ordered 2 Phase changers on the 10.6.19.The sales person Mr. Claudio told me that it will take 5 weeksto prepare the order on the 19.6.19Material will be ready by the end of july if we order 2 more ofthese phase changers said again Mr. Claudio Colasurdo.On te 30 th of august we were informed that all 4 units will be ready.However goods were ready on the 27.09.19 (App. 4 months )Material was picked up by DHL on the 1 st of october.Since customs asked for Cert. Of origin we asked the Marzoraticompany to send us a Cert. of origin.They informed us that it will take 5 days because of Chamber of Commerce.Usually it takes 1 day in every European country.On the 16 th of october they said that they will forward it.On the 17 th of october Marzorati informed us that Chamber of Commercecan not give this document since they can not locate where the parts are.Now we applied to customs without the certificate. We are forced to pay200 Euros for not having the Cert.of Origin and app. 300 Euros for waitingtime in customs.We have been in industry since 1941. This is the first time that we cameacross such a bad service. Thanks God that I don't have such employees.Albert Elhadef
