Ristorante Tivoli Cortina D'Ampezzo - Una stella a cortina | È firmata Graziano Prest una delle migliori tavole di Cortina, con la sua quasi ventennale Stella Michelin. Il suo Tivoli è da tempo una delle insegne più brillanti nel panorama gastronomico della Regina delle Dolomiti. Dal 2002 è a Cortina, da quando ha raccolto il testimone del locale da Walter Bianconi. Succedere a un maestro di tale levatura è stata una sfida stimolante alla quale Graziano ed il suo staff si sono dedicati fin da subito con impegno e motivazione certificata da 19 anni di presenza con la Stella nella guida MICHELIN.

Consiglio la visita, non perdete questa esperienza!Graziosa baita curata come si deve a pochi passi dalle seggiovie di Socrepes. Proposte invitanti, complesse senza perdere in equilibrio e gusto. Adatte a ogni palato.Impeccabile il servizio e la cortesia.Prezzi adeguati all’offerta.Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff.Una esperienza che intendo ripetere quanto prima.

Excellent ambient and even better food! A guided path through various fabulous inovative meals of the house menu accompanied by best wines is a privilage. I cant decide which was the best but every taste was a sensational and a fest for eyes. Personnel was wery knowladgeable and attentive and even chef find time for a quick chat. Would definately love to come again!

Amazing restaurant with great service. Elegant yet not uppity. Chef is visible and approachable (a rarity in some restaurants). A very well deserved Michelin star! Vegetarian set menu is top (my pick). Good wine list as well. Saw people in jeans and tennis shoes seated next to designer suits and serious jewelry. So as for dress code, a mix of Alpine rustic or chic. If in Cortina, don’t miss this gem! See pics and you get an idea of the food.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is beautiful with great views of the mountains and the interior is very appropriate and well designed. The staff were super attentive and gracious. Got some great recommendations from the sommelier. The food was the star and had some of the best I’ve ever had. For comparison we went to a 3 Michelin start the week prior and this definitely outshined. We got the 7 dish tasting menu. Plenty of food and very intentional ingredients that showcased the region and Italian cuisine. The chef came around and said hello to everyone which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

What an incredible evening, we were entirely spoiled by our experience! We did the local tasting menu and the vegetarian tasting menu, everything was absolutely fantastic. The dishes were vibrant, textures and flavors all complementing each other perfectly. The staff worked seamlessly and effortlessly, ensuring every need was met. It was obvious the team all shared the same passion for hospitality, food and wine. Chef came out and greeted each table mid service, and checked in on our experience so far - it’s all the little details that count!! We don’t have enough good things to say, make sure this restaurant is on your “must visit” list! You won’t regret it.

Great restaurant with a happy chef, the food was delicious, here you could try Deer meat, not a fan of it but the one coated with herbs was delicious, the raspberry sorbet is one of the best !!! Coming from a gelato chef I assure you! Also the apple dessert was wonderful, recommend this restaurant if you're ever in Cortina.

The setting of the restaurant is amazing: it does a great job to combine a cosy setting of a chalet with a feeling of gastronomic restaurant. The service matches the setting well: they were professional but hospitable and adapted to the fact that we were quite young. Sadly, I thought that the food didn’t quite live up to that standard. We really enjoyed the cod gnocchi and the shrimp pasta. However, the sea bass, the deer and the amuse bouche were somewhat disappointing. The first lacked the seasoning and the last two were over salted in my opinion. Overall a pretty pleasant experience that wasn’t too expensive but with some dishes better than others.My rating: 3.8

Un'esperienza paradisiaca! Il ristorante è piccolino, intimo, ben curato e molto accogliente. Il servizio molto cordiale, attento, preciso, di classe e all'interno del locale si respira attenzione al dettaglio e classe, ma senza farti sentire fuori luogo!Lo chef Graziano è superlativo! Persona eccezionale e sa assolutamente il fatto suo. Trasuda bravura ed esperienza. Molto simpatico e disponibile! Un vero padrone di casa!I piatti, potete vedere dalle foto, sono assolutamente uno più buono dell'altro e tutti preparati con estrema attenzione ad offrire un'esperienza culinaria di successo. Una piccola perla da non farsi sfuggire! Come daltronde lo è la carta dei vini e gli abbinamenti possibili!
