What a great cooking class! My son and daughter and I took a class together. Our instructor, Elena, was fantastic. She is kind, patient, engaging and so knowledgeable. It was absolutely perfect. We learned so much and even though my daughter wasn't feeling well, she enjoyed it too. We really appreciated that there were several recipe options to choose from. We made Gnocchi (the best ever) Risotto Milanese (also awesome) and Osso Buco (yum). Aurora was great to work with and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend this class.

The evening cooking class was a great experience which allowed us to learn a lot about Italian cooking. We liked being able to choose the recipes so that we could cook meals that we like and want to be able to make ourselves. Aurora was a welcoming host and good instructor. The meal we made was delicious, among the best meals we had during our time in Italy!

We had chef Elena for our experience and we loved our class! We learned how to make real Milanese recipes which turned out fantastic. Elena was so helpful, knowledgable and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend this class!

We had the best evening ever with Chef Elena. We learned so much about Italian food and cooking and had the most fun at the same time. The food was absolutely delicious and Chef Elena was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend a visit to Cook and Dine for anyone visiting Milan!

Aurora was a WONDERFUL instructor! My fiancé and I had a scheduling mishap, and missed our initial time. She was able to work with us to get us in with another session and we made the best food ever! She was attentive, fun, and gave us skills to take home! 1000% recommend - she is a fantastic person and better cook!

We had a great time. There was one other family who happened to also be from Chicago. We really enjoyed making pasta from scratch. The cannoli were great - best recipe I have ever tried. Overall lots of fun for a family.
