Personale poco motivato a lavorare, ci ha fatto pagare il sovrapprezzo nonostante il bagaglio non fosse particolarmente Ingombrante.... Inoltre abbiamo dovuto insistere per farci impacchettare il bagaglio

As per the terms and conditions, I should be able to to a refund request in case of delay. I connected on their website, a I see a blank page, and I am not able to claim.I do not recommend this service. If you need to protect your luggage, wrap it yourself, and have a good insurance with your credit card.
