Worst experience I've ever had in a store.I've had joint problems lately and walking is very labored. When we came into this store (my wife, parents and sister) looking for shoes, myself and father grabbed a seat. The man proceeded to walk past us giving us dirty looks. Then when 2 costumers were trying on shoes, he tapped me on the shoulder and made a shooing motion with his hands implying I get out of the way when there was an empty bench across from us. Painfully stood up, got my wife and limped out of the store. Won't ever spend a dime at a place that doesn't let a cripple customer sit when there is more then adequate space.

This is the store I definitely go visit if I can go to Firenze again.Shoes are as beautiful as jewelry. I really love the shoes.
