Die Wohnung ist sehr spärlich eingerichtet...ziemlich kalt. Nicht Liebevoll...aber die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Wasserversorgung in der Wohnung war nicht gut da der Wasserstand in Italien sehr niedrig ist.Der Außenbereich gleicht einer Baustelle.Die Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung ist toll.

El lugar es muy cómodo. La atención muy buena. Las vistas espectaculares. El desayuno de lo mejor. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasarlo muy bien. Impecable. Hay que tener auto para desplazarse

16 min walk to Bellagio. Very convenient and quiet with free parking. Strong aircon and kitchen is acceptable. Breakfast is superb!

There is nothing more than 1 star as a rating for a residence that has issues with water availability since one month and informs guests only at the check-in.Let's be clear: issues happen and based on the information we were given, the lack of water (and of water pression when water is available) is not due to a residence itself problem.But it is unfair to tell your guests that they might have water availability issue at check-in when they booked 4 months in advance and you got in touch with them during the last days.The experience was ruined by water availability. We (7 friends) booked 2 apartments for 2 days to attend a wedding nearby and there was no water at all in our bathrooms for 2 mornings in a row (approximately from 8.30 to 11.30). No way to take a shower, use the WC or wash your hand with tap water.I would ask for more transparency, the residence should have informed us and give us the cancellation possibility with the risk evaluation.Other than this: apartments are OK for short stays and we were able to check out at 11.30 instead of 10 in one of the 2 apartments the day after the wedding with no additional fees.

Very good place, we were here with friends and it was great. Good view, good location.
