I researched a lot of leather good stores online before our Italian trip, to my delight this store was located on Borgo S Jacopo near our AirBnB apartment.The store looked even better than their website when I visited, you can actually smelled leather, beautiful handbags are so soft, good quality & classy.The shop owners are so nice, polite & helpful, provided excellent service, we are delighted with my new handbag & my husband's belt.

Absolutely amazing family owned store. They know so much about leather. I absolutely love all the bag designs and colors. While visiting Florence this was my favorite store to get gifts for family and friends. Anyone going to Florence this is a must stop for shopping. I can’t wait to go back and see the store on my next trip!

My husband and I were wandering along Borgo San Jacopo while our washing was mid cycle near by. I saw many beautiful leather handbags in the store window and one in particular caught my eye. I entered and requested a white one and was delighted that they had one in the storeroom. Lovely couple. High quality. Highly recommend this store.

this is the BEST leather shop in Florence, when you touch the bags you can feel the high quality of the leather. they really have an outstanding selection of designs, unique and trendy. A really good price for the quality . highly recommended

Absolutely the best store in Firenze! The owner is beyond helpful, kind, and knowledgeable and helped my mother and I not only pick out some lovely leather bags, but also pointed us in the right direction for lunch and dinner. This is a must stop for high quality leather goods.

Every time, I have been able to enter this store, I find myself immersed in the some of the best and highest quality of leather goods. I get the best service and experience from the store owners, that I feel like I am at a luxury goods store. Roberta Firenze is truly a gem in the city of leather! I definitely recommend going to this store above other stores or vendors because of the high quality leather goods, and prices- nothing beats it. The bags that I have purchased over the years, have remained timeless and great condition. If you are unable to come physically to the store, I also recommend checking out their website store too!

I’m so glad we stumbled upon this shop in Florence. The family is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable and the leather pieces are of incredible quality and beautifully designed. My husband and I went twice in one day to this one and the sister shop two doors down. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence!

Amazing store! My mom and I searched all of Florence, and this store was so authentic, and had such unique items, with very reasonable prices for the quality. The owners of the store were also so nice and helpful!
