Livio is an amazing chef and teacher. We learnt how to make fresh typical pasta from the Puglia in a private class. It was the best pasta of my life. I really recommend this authentic cooking class. The place is very nice and there is a terreace were you can enjoy the food you have cooked. Thanks Livio for this lovely experience.

Livio was the best! Me and my parents had the best cooking class learning how to cook fresh pasta from Puglia. He also had regional rose wine and delicious dessert. Woud recommend for everybody that loves authentic experiences

We had a great time cooking with Livio. He is a great teacher and we learned how to make the traditional pasta of the region. The sauce he taught us was so delicious. He served us wine and appetizers. The experience was intimate and one of our favorite parts of our trip to Puglia. I recommend him to everyone.

Le cours de cuisine avec Livio était absolument génial. Il est à l’écoute, très sympathique et nous a appris à faire de bonnes pâtes fraîches ! Nous avons ensuite pu les déguster sur les toits de la ville ! Je vous le conseille lors de votre passage à Lecce !

My husband and I just came back from a delightful cooking class with Livio! He was nice enough to accommodate me since I am gluten free and we made 2 meat dishes. We had a delicious red wine and ate the dishes we prepared on the rooftop of our hotel in Lecce. We loved our time with Livio !! He is so warm and friendly and fun and charming!! Highly recommend his cooking class and his personality!! Grazie mille, Livio!
