Having worked in events many years ago, my experience of Latini/Memorable was anything but ‘Memorable’ at all!The sales team (aka Serena/Francesca) are knowledgeable and responsive BUT the moment they got their hands on your money the communication STOPS.Upon the delivery the two glasses were broken. The delivery personnel has acknowledged and documented that. YET we were told 4 glasses were missing? Are you sure? Do you communicate to your delivery guys who have signed off everything accordingly? The answer is NO.Dear ‘Memorable’ for all the wrong reasons, office,Let me start by addressing one and foremost important message, I hope you can take it on board and learn how NOT to treat the client.Please do not embarrass Italy as a country with your actions. Just don’t. We have been traveling to Italy on a regular basis, we love the country and its people, but your actions are anything but embarrassment, disrespect and disappointment to people who choose Italy to celebrate their special day/us.You asked to pay for four glasses, go ahead and take it please (or I can send you a brand new set as a Christmas gift) even though this is an embarrassment to you after we have signed all the furniture and missing parts on the collection which is not 4 pieces of course but rather two. However. Who is going to pay ME for the fact that my people HAD to clean (clean NOT polish) wine glasses based on the state they have beem delivered to us? You? Shall I send you the invoice, ‘Memorable’ people?You have delivered the tables that were horribly dirty, my FAMILY had to spend the evening to clean the table, polish the glass surface and clean the legs as well as all the chairs. Are you happy to settle my invoice again?And to the most important part / DEPOSIT. You have illegally instead of doing the pre-authorisation TOOK the whole amount from my account. I have called, to no response. I have emailed to no response. I have sent in screenshots as a confirmation. You have left me without the cash. You have spoilt our post wedding time. You have ruined a number of planned things for us. Shall I send you the invoice oh my ‘memorable’ team? Tell me please? Nobody gave you the right to take the money. Because of your illegal actions the bank has charged us a commission. Another invoice for you?Finally, you have charged us 4% commission on debit card. Your terms stated the charge is applicable to credit cards. We have sent numerous emails to clarify that. You have ignored. You are clearly unable to respond.We understand Italy is all about money. And we are happy to pay. But provide the service for it, not a terrible low class approach that is so laughable and pretentious that may I suggest you change your name to at least not to embarrass clients if you cannot provide a truly MEMORABLE service.If you are planning your wedding in Italy, avoid Latini by all means. Save yourself some time and money. Feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss further.In response to your response,We have not decided to pay the day before! Please do not lie. You have told us to pay two days before the event which we did!Re broken, my staff found that out when they cleaned the glasses! Am I supposed to inform you on my wedding date?!Learn to apologise and admit your faults, Memorable!

My experience was very bad. They charged me for set up and never did .Bunch of liars . Please do not rent anything especially if you are coming from out of Italy. Worst experience of my life.
