I love Tuscany Tours

Super informative tour and not overwhelming. Martina was amazing and taught us so much about art, Michelangelo, and the different time periods of Italy. I highly recommend this tour- well worth it.

Updated: See original post at bottom.They did end up refunding the trip but it seems they buy up all the tickets, make it quite difficult for visitors to get tickets and then charge huge mark ups for the “tours”. We ended up taking another tour with them later to get access to David at the Galleria dell' Accademia. The “tour” was over an hour and we talked about two sculptures. We only went into two of the four main areas of the museum and the guide said, “You can go into the others when we are done if you want.” Everyone was wandering off by the middle of the tour because it felt the guide was just filling time and did not plan to move along. I stuck it out and we never got past the entry sculpture (talked for about 15 min) and David (talked for about 45 min). If you just need access, you’ll get it. But you could see the whole Galleria in an hour if you do it on your own.Buyer beware. We booked the “Skip the Line Tickets Uffizi Guided Tour” and upon receipt of our “tickets” were met with a note that says, these are not your tickets, meet the tour guide and give them CASH for your tickets (about another $100 Euro) at the meeting location (cash only). And, since we booked for tomorrow, we can not cancel without at 24 window. I’ve sent a message to the I Love Tuscany Tours who operate this sale/your and will update the review if/when they get back to me on the cancellation.So, for now, our roughly 150 Euro museum tickets (way way too much) became 250 Euro tickets. We tried to cancel within minutes of booking, immediately upon receipt of the emailed “tickets.” More to come.

Martina, es excelente Guía, nos toco el tour en Inglés sin embargo habla otros idiomas entre ellos, perfectamente Español. Nos dio las explicaciones de manera muy didáctica y entretenida. Aprendimos un montón en corto tiempo del arte. Les recomiendo a Martina en varios idiomas.

Nuestra guía Martina fue súper amable ! Explica todo súper bien y es fácil de entender. Nos enseñó varias características de las pinturas y esculturas para poder saber identificar cada obra. Explica la historia de forma concisa y entretenida. Además llegamos un poco tarde al tour y al terminar nos volvió a explicar lo que nos habíamos perdido. 100% recomendado!! Martina es una guía excelente!
