Nose como no se os cae la cara de verguenza al publicar hostels con un servicio inseguro y horrible. Gente como yo que viaja solo me senti realmente con miedo, cosa que nunca me habia pasado. Reserve en HI HOSTEL MILAN y me tuve q ir de lo mal que era. Camas rotas, vagabundos viviendo ahi, horrible lavabo y calor + mosquitos, zona insegura por la noche, dormi con una chica que estuvo haciendo llamadas calientes. HORRIBLE!!! Y encima no te devuelven el dinero porque dicen que es un hostel economico. Señor yo e dormido por 9 € en dublin en un hostel y deberias de aprender muchas cosas. Empresa horrible y hostel horrible.

Die Stornierung unserer Anfrage ist vom Hostelsclub an uns nicht weitergegeben worden, sodass wir in Rom ohne Unterkunft am Wochenende dastanden und uns für teures Geld eine Ersatzunterkunft besorgen mussten. Mein Freund hat sie jetzt aufgefordert, die Anzahlung in Höhe von 11,92€ und die zusätzlichen Übernachtungskosten in Höhe von 244,50€ für sich und mich zu überweisen. Mal gucken, was passiert, wir sind gespannt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von Hostelsclub und würden nicht nochmal mit ihnen reisen wollen. Eine Entschuldigung reicht nicht aus.

È un sito di false prenotazioni. Mi sono ritrovata a Venezia a poche ore dall'arrivo senza un alloggio per la notte. Non sono rintracciabili a nessun numero di telefono e inviano email di scuse senza trovare una soluzione se non proporti un altro allorggio senza disponibilità

I guess it was a good choice to spend a weekend on Venice, our room was pretty clean and quiet, its kind staff and close enough to Rialto bridge, Im sure i'd return to this place next time. Maybe they would improve wi-fi service.

I booked a room in a guest house in Paris with HostelsClub a couple of months ago. I was later contacted by the guest house I booked and they told me the room I booked wasn't available anymore. I made a formal complained to HostelsClub customer services and they helped me solve the problem in less than 24 hours. Thanks guys, I will not hesitate to use your services again.

Scam website. They take your booking fee and create a false booking. When I arrived at my destination they had no record of my booking and dont even work with this 'hostels club'. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I didn't even care for the $4.50, but the stress of arriving at 22:00 in Naples and not having a booking or bed to sleep in was horrible.

Ho fatto un Totale di 7 prenotazioni per mio figlio e 4 dei suoi amici e 7 capitali europee e voglio dire che al loro ritorno mi hanno confermato che sono stati benissimo in tutti gli ostelli che avevo scelto per loro. La vita è l’esperi Dell’ostello è veramente unica! Non hai il pinguino alla Reception conosci gente da tutto il mondo con cui fatte amicizie. L’ostello offre un esperienza unica di viaggio, grazie Hostelsclub

Think twice if you want to book via this site.Hostelsclub charged my credit card 3 times by excident. Friendly customer care staff even admitted there mistake.But today about 6 month and numberless emails later I did not get my money back.NEVER AGAIN!!!!
