Hotel molto comodo, funzionale e sopratutto molto pulito con sanitari e mobilio molto recenti. Nonostante la vicinanza con la ferrovia non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di rumori. Correttezza anche alla reception. Consigliatissimo

Troppo costoso, per soli 2 notti 259€,senza colazione.. era l'unico disponibile nelle vicinanze della stazione centrale. Stanze piccolissime e scomode.. sanitari arrugginiti, doccia rotta e per farti il bidè non ne parliamo.. polvere per terra, cuscini fatti da chewing-gum.. ecc.. ecc

Hotel ottimo , pulito, profumato , organizzazione top... Il personale gentile e preparato ! Ambiente rilassante e silenzioso a circa 500 m dalla stazione centrale di Milano. Consiglio!Da ammirare anche i quadri del sig. Demó ( artista e proprietario dell'hotel) .

It was a lovely hotel with courteous employees, nice clean rooms, and excellent services. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. And it's about 5 minutes from the train station.The visit was on June, 2023

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel un fine settimana, è stato tutto perfetto. Posizione molto favorevole e ben servita per poter accedere ad i luoghi principali della città. Personale cordiale e ben disponibile. Struttura molto bella ed accogliente.

Il bagno,se si può chiamare tale ,e' 1 metro per 1 metro, non puoi stare chiuso in doccia per lavarti poiché non hai lo spazio per i movimenti, il vaso e il bidet sono in miniatura e non puoi starci sopra.Tutto alla modica" cifra di 220 euro per una sola notte in due

This place is a scam. Avoid at all cost. Room is dirty and air-conditioning leaking water. I can't even sleep in the room as it is very dirty. Shower room is a joke; didnt fit a child in there comfortably. I'm so disappointed. Ruin my trip to Milan

Sotto le mie aspettative. La camera che mi era stata assegnata avrebbe bisogno di un bel po' di ristrutturazione.Esempio : Partendo dalle persiane, posizionamento della TV, il bagno ecc ecc. Per fortuna ho prenotato solo per 1 notte. Sinceramente una delusione.

Gradevole ed elegante hotel a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale. Raffinato sin dalla reception, con camere piccole ma funzionali con tutti i servizi necessari e anch'esse eleganti. Prezzo onesto, anche per l'abbondante colazione a buffet da 10,00 euro. Ideale per trasferte sia brevi che lunghe, consigliatissimo assolutamente e 5 stelle meritatissime

An Utterly Disappointing Experience at Hotel Demo, Milan: I recently stayed at the Hotel Demo in Milan, and I was deeply disappointed with my experience. Despite being listed as a 3-star hotel, the reality was far from it. The absence of basic amenities and services such as room service was glaringly obvious.One of my major grievances is with the hotel building itself. It was situated in a completely different location from the main building, and the state it was in was nothing short of deplorable. It was run-down and clearly in need of repair.The peaceful environment one expects while staying in a hotel was entirely disturbed by the constant construction and repair work going on outside the building. The incessant noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The situation was made even more uncomfortable with the construction workers constantly moving around outside the window and invading my privacy.Another issue was the lack of basic facilities in the entire building. There was no microwave or warm water to heat food, leaving us stranded at meal times. The absence of an electric kettle or even a simple tea or coffee sachet in the room was also a sore point.The washroom lacked even the most basic amenities. There was nowhere to hang clothes, which caused much inconvenience. The elevator was entirely pointless. It was located in a separate building, and one had to ascend a flight of stairs just to reach it. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage.But the worst part of the entire stay was undoubtedly the staff. The daytime staff was rudely unprofessional and had an annoying habit of making excuses for every request made. When you go out the hotel during the day, staff reminds you to give them back keys as they will impose €50 fine if you lose the keys. The night staff was even worse, looking at us suspiciously each time we passed by. To add insult to injury, they made inappropriate comments suggesting that their European and American guests don’t complain. This type of behavior is not only unacceptable but also overtly racist.When we sought a way to provide feedback on these appalling conditions, we were flippantly told to post it online. I have, therefore, taken this suggestion to heart and am warning others about my experience.In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Demo, Milan. It was undoubtedly the worst experience of my life and the absolute low point of my 10-day trip to Italy. Avoid at all costs if you wish for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
