Alex was very accommodating letting us stay on such short notice. Room was clean and in a good location. He gave us the general rundown of how to get around the maze that is Venice.Would stay there again.

Felt unsafe staying here. First off this location is a 20 minute walk from the train station which sucks.Two the host never showed up and blew us off for check in. Later her told us he had hidden a key in the window for us. But he didn't tell us, so we just waited.This is not a serious business and if you make the host mad, he will berate you on the phone for 15 minutes about why we're bad people and he has more jobs than just this Bnb. In his words, we're lucky he even has time to clean the rooms."Good luck to all who stay here."

Malheureusement un auberge mieux que cet hôtel ,sale ,très petite chambre non équipée, pas de réfrigérateur, et un sanitaire collectif

Ce lieu est une catastrophe et n'a rien d'un hôtel ou d'une auberge! La moquette est dég; l'aspirateur n'est jamais passé. En dix jours, les draps ont été changé une seule fois ... Sans parler de la poussière et l'état de la chambre, peu propre, à mon arrivée.Une odeur immonde au rez-de-chaussée, en raison de WC dans lesquels vous ne pourrez pas jeter le papier toilette!Je n'ai jamais vu la couleur du petit déj!Seul la situation géographique vaut la peine!
