Very beautiful place good bargains, new items also. A must visit while at the mall.

Sicuramente gli abiti soni molto belli anche se gli sconti non sono così allettanti. La note dolente sono i commessi talmente assenti e poco disponibili che nemmeno in catene di grandi magazzini.

Il negozio offre capi di indiscutibile qualità a prezzi vantaggiosi ed anche vari special price non solo occasionalmente,la connotazione di cortesia del personale addetto aggiunge valore all'esperienza di acquisto in particolare la fattiva e professionale collaborazione nel seguire il cliente anche nella fase post vendita da parte di Davide e Jacopo è degna di essere anche qui segnalata,un grazie da Gianni Lazzari

Si possono fare buoni affari, io li ho fatti. Io amo questo marchio e il personale è stato veramente gentile e professionale. Ordinando on line spediscono a loro spese, restituzione nel caso ha carico del cliente, ma lo trovo corretto. Tornerò con mia moglie di persona perché il negozio è stupendo.

Went to the Mall Firenze - Burberry Outlet on the 26/08/2022. They had such a great range of mostly clothes (but also had bags and accessories). So happy I was able to get a trench coat (have ALWAYS wanted one). The male SA was super helpful in finding my size and even showed me different ways I could do/ button the coat up if I didn’t want to fully buckle it up. He showed how I could tie the belt into a bow at the back (refer to photo) thanks to him, I was able to bring it back home as is. So sad I didn’t get his name to thank him properly on here… he was tall, bold, and gorgeous! So thank you very kindly male SA, your guidance was much appreciated!!

One of my favorite shops at the Mall! Great selection for men and during the sale season I find very good deals!

Buying Burberry for years - I had a very unpleasent Experience in this store with staff that was very impolite to me and speaking in italian in front of my face.Worst Burberry Store. Sorry

Absolutely magnificent store, much better prices, compared to serravalle outlets, that mostly have fixed 40% discount. A great choice of goods, great staff.
