Albergo Minerva e Nettuno

Albergo datato ma comunque non mancava nulla in camera e bagno. Penso di aver pagato il giusto essendo a Venezia. Ho chiesto se c era la colazione inclusa, basta dire di no senza tirare in ballo la questione Covid... Di negativo solo questo.

The worst hotel ever. The place is riddled(!) with bed bugs from top to bottom. It should be criminalised as the hotel owner doesn't give a damn about anything apart from his money it seems. He flat out denies there are any, even though they're crawling out from everywhere and you find yourself going nuts because bringing these little pests to your home, which means you're going to spend thousands to eradicate them. This place should be closed down until the place is professionally cleaned.

My friend and I were trying to checkout at 12am on the day we were supposed to leave because we needed to catch a flight and the old bald guy working the front desk scammed us and made us pay €50 because “it was an inconvenience” to checkout that early, even though they literally have 24 hour service. He wouldn’t let me pay with my card either and made me pay cash right there. It was totally a scam but another old worker was blocking my friend and I from leaving and we had to catch a bus. Also the rooms have no air conditioning and are poorly kept. There were mosquitos everywhere and the double bed is just two twins out together that slide away every minute. Stay anywhere else but here. They will scam you at checkout!!

The building is historical. The room comes the view of a big square and the shopping alley, it is big, clean. There are also two balconies (porta finestra) and a big walk-in closet. More than expected for the price! It took 1min from the Santa Lucia train station. Great for staying one night.

Great budget option if you wanna stay on the island , great location you can easily walk to it from St Lucia station, 20minute walk to saint marks,our room had a nice patio. Shared bathroom/shower on each floor, staff was fine we had no issues with them unlike other reviews I would stay at this hotel again also there is no breakfast

DO NOT STAY IN THIS ""HOTEL""I stayed at this HORRENDOUS hotel in Venice, and I am dissatisfied with this service to say the least.- Front desk staff of embarrassing rudeness and sufficiency.- The owner smokes inside the hotel, right next to the reception desk.- On the website and in the reservation they promise to offer breakfast service, but when they arrive on site they hide behind Covid regulations. However, none of them wears a mask!!!! Simply ridiculous.My boyfriend and I escaped the next morning.The stench of smoke reached our room, we woke up with irritated throats. Horrible bathroom, no hot water to take a shower. Wi-fi not working. Truly ridiculous.I'm sorry they make such a mockery of tourists (ah, because of course they can't speak a word of English) but I certainly didn't come to Venice to be made fun of and have my money stolen.Truly to be shut down!

Location is very good and the price is reasonable. The AC was broken which was not fun and there was trash left in the room from the previous guests. Very average hotel but the location makes up for it.

Ottima posizione , da migliorare in tutto alcune stanze sia come oggettistica ed anche magari profumare un po’ , prevale la cattiva puzza .Prezzo ottimo per chi pensa solo a dormire .
