We were looking for a place with gelato for the kids and a bar for us. This was the perfect place! There is a small balcony with a couple of tables with an amazing view of Piazza del Campo.

I realize there is a lot of negative feedback for this place, however I gave it 5 stars, and here's why. If you set your expectations correctly by acknowledging that it's prime tourist trap real estate, then you won't be disappointed.Insider secret: if you ask to go 'upstairs', and then keep walking through, there are exactly 4 sitting spaces in the 'balcony', which gives you an amazing view of the square perfect for relaxing and people watching with a unbeatable view.Imagine yourself sitting in that balcony and watching the famous patio of Siena!I took my friend there, we had two coffees, two pastries, spent $13 in total. Very reasonable, and we were not rushed out of the balcony at all. We asked to use the restroom, they buzzed us in every time we needed to go, but they were very nice about it. Overall I really can't find anything wrong with it. In fact, that tiny balcony in the morning is THE perfect place to be, I will definitely go back!

Este mensaje va dirigido a la chica que me acaba de atender en esta porquería de café. Veo que la sola estrella que te voy a poner va a pasar desapercibida porque el establecimiento donde trabajas tiene solamente dos, no me sorprende con empleados como tú. Entiendo que estés amargada con tu vida y no tengas capacidad para trabajar en algo que te guste más, porque salta a la vista, pero un consejo: acusa de ladrón a un cliente cuando se vaya del establecimiento y no según entre por la puerta como fue mi caso. Está claro que disfrutas así porque vives amargada y es el único aliciente que tienes para creerte alguien, lo siento de verdad.A todos los españoles que piensen entrar ahí para ir al baño y hacer la consumición de rigor, busquen otro sitio, hay muchos y seguramente mejores.Un saludo y que tengas suerte en la vida, porque según mis cálculos el karma te dará fuerte.

Just got ice cream at this place. Terrible service and their welcome is as cold as their ice cream. Ice cream is good but nothing exceptional. I do not recommend this place. Not worth the pain of dealing with rude people who show zero care for customers who bring them the money they need to keep their business open.

Hier gilt: Quantität vor Qualität. Das Eis war teuer und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Einzig die Pistazie war genießbar.Ich kann nur empfehlen, eine andere Eisdiele aufzusuchen, von denen es in Siena viele gibt.Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert.

Gelato confezionato a un prezzo esagerato! Da riconoscere che era indicato che si trattava di gelato Sammontana, gelato di tutto rispetto, se comprato al supermercato...

Mig og min kæreste betaler knapt 10 euro for to Espresso og et lille bæger med is. Det smager sådan set fint, men da vi er på vej op for at sætte os på deres terrasse, bliver vi afvist i at må gå derop fordi jeg har købt en to-go is i et papbæger. Dette er på trods af at kaffen serveres i rigtige kopper.

It's okay. Got 2 scoops of mediocre ice cream at 5 euro. The view right outside is beautiful though.
