Great location and a clean apartment but nothing special in terms of interiors. Using kitchen comes at 20 euro charge so wouldn't call it a self catered accommodation because it's hardly saving you any money that way. Check in is in a different hotel but the transfer is free!

Camere molto pulite ma rumorose, mal insonorizzate. Appartamenti ampi, la cucina con piastre elettriche funziona male ma permette comunque di cucinarsi un pasto caldo. Posizione ottima

The Residence Cavour is located in via Cavour, the most exclusive street in Parma. The area is an “isola pedonele,” that is, an area of the city where traffic is severely limited. The Hotel has comfortable and modern rooms, but the main reason to stay here is that the Hotel is within walking distance from most of the sights and from many of the best restaurants in Parma. Since Parma is famed for its food, the restaurants are some of the best in the world.

Residenza situata nel cuore del centro storico di Parma, a due passi dal duomo e lungo una strada pedonale piacevole da percorrere guardando le vetrine. Appartamento pulitissimo, biancheria da letto e da bagno candida.Camera ampia e comoda.Unica pecca il check in da fare non in loco, ma nella struttura alberghiera centrale distante circa 15 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio presso la struttura centrale non compreso nel prezzo.

A very nice option for a hotel. The room was big and had its own little kitchen. Though if you want to use the pots and pans etc. It is 20€ per day. The location of this place is vero good, right in the center of Parma. This is a perfect option for a more independent stay. The check in and check out are performed in hotel Astoria which is about 10min walk away but the hotel will take you to the residence with a car if you like.

Great Location in the Center of Parma. Nice Personal and included shuttle Service To the Appartement. But you have To pay 14€ a das for the parking space. Also you are Not allowed to use the kitchen for cooking. The Appartement is nice anderen Clean.

You pay a lot of money l (100€ mid of Sept) for an old student dorm room. Do you want to use the kitchen ? Pay 25€ !Want to sleep ? Don't worry Zara( store next to the apartment) has the Ventilation system on 24/7 so you won't be able to sleep at all!The Appartment seen on the picture on the website is quite the opposite of what you get.Want to sleep with 4 people in the apartment? Sleep on an old blue sofa .Oh and did I mention you have to walk 1km to get a key at the Novotel at Parma Central Station.P.S. Check out time is still 11 am regardless of your >20 min walk to check out.All in all this seems is a nice stay in the first place , but turns out to be expensive and horrible experience...

Great situation, but the way it's advertised is really a SCAM. All that with the complicity of the staff. You have to check in and out at 1 km at Astoria hotel. it's specify in little in the address. you really have to read between the lines to find it. Like in all scams. For the Kitchen you will have to pay 20 euros more. It's specify when you arrive in the kitchen. The parking is far away, and they always have the same responses: You're downtown and it's a chance to be there in a restricted car area, the kitchen extra is for cleaning, there is a shuttle (fictive one for me that works only at certain hours). Could have been good if I didn't felt I was fooled and ripped off.

Nice place - you get a full apartment to yourself.big fridge and freezer + stove top but very limited kitchen stuff. And no then so that you can clean dishes.If you get an apartment towards the street be ready to hear everything from there. It first gets quiet around 2am

Gli appartamenti sono proprio belli e funzionali. C'è la camera da letto con bagno e all' entrata il salottino con 2 letti singoli la TV e la cucina. Buona la pulizia. Purtroppo nn è dotato di parcheggio
