Last week I had the honour to work together with Chefaway Ice at a wedding at Casa Preziosa. I would definitely recommend this wonderful catering company to everyone who is organising their wedding or other special event. The communication with Andrea before the wedding all went very smoothly and the food was amazing. Thanks again very much for all your hard work, time and effort!

Our wedding would not have been the same without Andrea, Samuele and their team. Not only did they provide the catering for our wedding last summer, Andrea was always on hand to answer any questions I had (in English which is rare for the region), or make any suggestions he felt would improve our day. Throughout the planning, Andrea was more than happy to assist in any way he could, he made some brilliant suggestions but was never pushy with his opinion which we really appreciated. On the day, the food was the talk of the wedding. Everything about it was perfect, from the mozzarella show, to the freshly made pizzas. I now have a new favourite dish thanks to Samuele’s unbelievable talent. Another thing to note is that we did not want a very regimented and planned schedule, to the point where I was asking guests if they were hungry enough for the main meal following the buffet on the day. This must have provided a logistical nightmare for Samuele and Andrea but we never would have known, everything was effortless and seamlessly provided. For us, it was nothing short of perfection and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you both so much, we hope to see you when we’re next over!!!

Andrea and his team were great to work with and pulled off a 3 days of events for us and our guests. We wanted to create a sense of effortless escapism for the group that joined us, and every detail was considered and implemented perfectly.Andrea is very kind and patient, and cares deeply about the outcome. Would definitely work with Andrea and Chefaway again.

We had such a great evening with the pasta experience! Is was so interesting and nice to see the making of different kind of pasta. Andrea and Samuele (both very friendly people) told us a lot about all pasta's and the different sauces. And after that we can taste a lot of different kind of pasta.It was so much that we can't eat everything, but it was delicious!Thanks for this complete and very nice evening!

What an amazing evening with Chefaway!It was such a great experience!How fantastic Andrea presented the evening and how great Samuele cooked with enormous passion the Pasta dinner!We have had the Handmade Pasta Experience;It was an EIGHT course menu of all kind of different pastas! Including an incredible pasta dessert!During the evening, Andrea explained us about the history and ingrediënts of all the pasta, meanwhile Samuele showed his magic arts of how all the types of pastas are made!We could even try to make several pieces by our own.Every course was a great appearance, served on a beautiful plate and the taste of each kind of pasta was absolutely delicious!!It was such a great pleasure how Samuele and Andrea show us the Italian kitchen and especially to taste it!It was a unforgetable evening and we would really recommend this experience to every one!
