Simply avoid that company and their service. My husband met Sartoria Vanni representative in London a year ago with his work colleague to order made to measure shirts. They spent more than an hour choosing style and discussing the model etc. He ordered and paid for 5 shirts up front and his colleague for 2. The deal was that they produce 1 shirt and send it for an approval firsf. To start with it took more than a 2,5 months to get a first shirt delivered! After emailing them on the numerous occasions and getting no answers. After a very long silence finally 1st shirt has arrived and OMG everything was wrong! Collar was wrong, style, buttons etc like nobody took any notice what has to be done. Same story my husband colleague, how could you do it that badly! They emailed Sartoria Vanni explaining the situation and got no answer... After 3 attempts and a call, finally they got promised to adjust it and than they got no further answers! After more than a month of silence, they asked for a refund and got no answer!!! Shameless and poor service, complete fraud! As result my husband got a refund from a credit card claim and his colleague lost his money! Please simply avoid that company and as you likely loose your money and get very poor customer service. Molto molto male servizio!Answer to Sartoria Vanni comment- 04-04-2018Person who were in charge of that order were Nicola Pappa, as far as I understood one of the company co-founders. Surely company is not that big and won't miss such an episode. Nicola has all email communications with Mr. N. D. and his friend and has chosen not to answer at all. Company exist from 2014 and probably it should focus on the providing a certain level customer service first. Mr. Nicola can communicate to Mr. D. directly and explain why his emails were unanswered in a meantime and probably it would be fair to issue a refund to Mr. D. colleague for an unprovided customer service for the goods he never received for which he paid for up front.
