Schneller und kompetenter Service. Unbedingt direkt mit Zenitram Sails Reperatur vereinbaren. Über die Kite Station (Alby Rondina Pro Kite) hat es nicht so geklappt bis ich direkt mit Chantal von Zenitram Sails kontakt aufgenommen habe.

I was asking for velve replacement, instead they just glued it, when I pumped up, 2 strats went flat immediately. I checked it with a experienced friend, they glue was all over the blattern, and probably by trying to fix the problem, they destroyed my blattern.In the shop, the lady was very outrageously, even when she needed to admit it was all her fault. The guy seems to be nice, but in the end he destroyed my kite, and not telling what happened or trying to fix it. Also they charged me 60 € for glueing one leaking main velve and destroying a nearly new blattern, and destroying a non leaking velve.In the end I got the money back but still had to fix a destroyed blattern and a leaking velve. Thanks for this great job.Also when I told them via WhatsApp they did not react or excuse. For them I just seem to be a tourist that will leave soon anyway.I really recommend NOT to go to this place!

Chantal è stata incredibile, mi ha salvato il kite e ha fatto di tutto e anche di più per riuscire a farmi fare kite nei giorni di soggiorno facendomi spendere il meno possibile. Mi sono venuti incontro sulla spedizione e tanto altro, insomma Chantal è stato un vero angelo!
