Be very careful. Stay Away! They don't explain the huge charges and take your money then refuse to return your money until you sign a form agreeing to accept less. They cannot be trusted. Please be careful If dealing with them. Antonella was not honest and the owner was a thief who hurts the reputation of all the good hard working people of Italy. The Polizia in Siena are excellent and do a great job!

Son unos ladrones, no te informan las comisiones que cobran incluso preguntando antes. Luego te cobran comisiones altísimas.

Robbery! Stay away! I changed 100 euro to foreign currency and they charged 15 euro as commission. Exchange rate was also very bad above it.

Uno vergogna. Meglio andare da uno strozzino Volevo cambiare da GBP a USD. Passando per forza per l'euro mi volevano applicare una doppia commissione con un tasso di cambio vergognoso. Ci andavo a rimettere il 18% del capitale. Vergognatevi !!

Even worse was the atm machine outside, i thought it was just a typical atm but i took a photo of the screen and it was an extra 50 e after i was done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never had that issue in my life

BE CAREFULL!!!! No info about 19% comission for changing money! They make photocopy of id... ans ypu pay 40% for exchange then in normal place.

Never ever consider going here. We wanted to change 9500 HUF to euros, which is, according to their prices, approximately 26,7 euros, which is acceptable. But. The changer said that it will be 18 euros. Freakin 18. We asked her why, and she said they included service. 9 euros for service. NINE. That's the THIRD of the amount that we should have got. We left without saying goodbye. And without euros.

i've changed money there. The girl was very nice. If you asked her how much euros you get,they would tell you the real price.
